Over priced, very small inventory, they i.d. you and everyone with you even if your not buying anything and the last time I went there the customer service dude was awful in so many ways! I go to one in Syracuse that's further but worth it

I've been coming to this location since the day they opened. I absolutely appreciate the many staff members along the way. Especially Linda and Tom Tom. They take their time with me help with any all all my concerns and make me feel important. That's the way customer service should always be. Respectful both ways. I love this place.

As always the young man that works here in the afternoon/evening, Thomas I believe? He was super helpful! I took in a friend whose quitting smoking and this young man went out of his way to make sure he got all he needed as well as a hopeful speech! Good service

This place is my go to vape shop. It's close to my house and they have a pretty good variety of disposable vapes, for good prices and the loyalty program is pretty good also. Unfortunately I will probably not be doing business with them any more after today. Bought two disposable vapes on Wednesday this week, an ultra and an elf bar. Today as I got the ultra vape it would get stuck and keep firing after I took a hit. So I went back in to let them know about the problem and asked if they wanted to take it back to send back to the company. Out of the three employees there, two of them just looked at me like I was speaking a language they didn't understand. The other one finally spoke up, as the other two stood there silently, and said we can't give you a new vape, when that one is defective. First off, I never asked for an exchange, I came in to let you know about a problem with the products you are selling. Second, I don't want to walk around with a vape in my pocket that could possibly overheat pr explode. I explained my problem again, mentioning that it does not stop firing. They all Just kind of looked at me, so I left the vape on the counter and walked out the door. Customer service skills are seriously lacking at this store and even though I did not ask for a replacement, if a company is not willing to back up the products they sell, I guess I'll just have to find a new spot.

They are always friendly and pleasant when I go in. No matter who is behind the counter I always get excellent service from this company. Thank you for amazing customer service and doing everything I can't fix on my own!

What a huge variety they have. The loyalty program is fantastic. House juice blends are phenomenal and the staff are absolutely the friendliest out there!!!

These people are ignorant! Tried saying it was illegal to bring my infant in with me to buy a bottle of ejuice. It's not illegal to even bring an infant into the liquor store with you. What are you supposed to do leave a child in the car?! Definitely won't be returning.

Typically, I exclusively shop here but the past couple of months the quality, supply, and customer service has gone down. Employees upset with management and venting right before quitting and the turnover is very high reducing hours of operation and etc. As a customer I'm really not sure I should know that much trouble with a company and will probably be looking for a new store that carries flavors and products I want at prices I expect. This is a new development so I'm hoping it's just a temporary issue that will settle soon.

Products so bad it's dangerous.I've shopped here for a long time. I will not be returning again though. The quality of the products and the employees who sell them has gone down significantly.The coils I bought recently were so bad I wonder if they have some amateur in the back trying to make them. I ended up hurting my throat fairly bad despite using a low wattage compared to the range for it. The coil I'd used before the one they sold had no problems at all. I tried 2 coils in a row that were both the worst I'd ever had.I'd like to point out an observation I've made as well. Overall the score for this shop is pretty high, but if you sort by newest you'll see a much higher rate of 1 stars than the overall score would suggest. This tells me that I'm not the only one who shopped here for a long time but isn't coming back anymore now.
