The assistant manager was extremely unprofessional. I came in with a DOORDASH that had been handed to the wrong person, an honest mistake on the Store part. Not a big deal. However, the assistant manager refused to remake new order. I contacted DOORDASH And they tried to call the store to resolve the issue, I told the assistant manager about it and she told me she refuses to make it because it’ll mess up her inventory. I reminded her that if she answered the call from DOORDASH, it would not affect her inventory. I stood in the store and tried to get her to cooperate. She would not. She was acting like a complete mess. Either someone needed a smoke break or needs to resign from their position. I’m an honest person making an honest living. I’d like to assume the same about the assistant manager. But unprofessionalism has no place in management. And your url to leave a review is a false url

I don’t come here as much as I used to. Still some friendly faces (new and familiar) but definitely not everyone. I’m just not sure why every worker now (day or night) skips the part where it asks if I want to use my points. What’s the point of getting customers to spend money here and keep us coming back if I can’t even use them? It all just feels rushed and only asked (sometimes) if I want my receipt. Even rushed during slow times. Some act annoyed that they have to come to the register.

There have been many times where I come in in the morning and the morning crew is usually very friendly and attentive, but the afternoon/evening crew is not. Most of the times the evening cashiers are nowhere to be found and when they finally acknowledge you they act like doing their job is an inconvenience.

Seemed like a nice place inside with good selections.
They are signed up with the Upside app. I got gas, but had to go inside and wait in line to get a receipt. Since they do not provide the last four digits of your card on the receipt, you cannot claim the discount!

The cashiers here have been so wonderful. They're bubbly. They're upbeat. They give you a nice day when you leave.

Receipt tape was out. None of the window washing stations had any fluid in them to wash your windows.

The last 2 times I've door dash(ed) from this location they have given me missed up items and diet coke. When I've ordered regular coke. I have a new born baby so it's not like I can go exchange it. Hence why I'm dashing instead of going myself. I've tried SEVERAL times to contact them and it does not matter what time of day it is I cannot get someone to answer. I will be making sure their location is removed from my dashing because they have NO customer service.

Be careful and cautious with them. I went in there today and bought a car charger. The person behind the counter told me that my card was declined. I used a different card….. because I don’t like making a big deal about things. I left the store checked my bank account. Sure enough I was actually charged the first time. My card was declined but it actually went through so I went back to talk to the manager and she acted clueless but worst of all she was rude and very standoffish. She offered no help whatsoever and did not make me feel good about the situation in any which way so I called my bank to dispute the charge and they are investigating it. Either way. This is horrible horrible customer service, and 7-Eleven can do better.

There are a few 7-Eleven locations near my home. We choose according to ease of entrance/exit. We love our Slurpees and a few of the ice cream treat options. The staff have been friendly and the store is clean.
