This is the only Dollar Tree in Syracuse that I know of. It's located in a convenient spot, right on Antelope, and in a shopping center with several other businesses and restaurants. I normally patronize this shop for greeting cards and candy, but every now and then, I may pick up something that I don't need that catches my eye. Everything in the store is $1.25, so I might well. Each time I've been here, the shelves have been stocked and when the line gets long, they immediately open another, so that there aren't so many customers waiting in line. My cashier was a young man who was super friendly, so I appreciated that.

I was there with my son when i saw these three girls being yelled at by an employee with kind of grey-ish hair, glasses, and this dark green dollar tree shirt. She was telling these kids that she was going to check the security cameras, even though i was there the whole time and saw them just looking around the store. I would like to say they should fix the management and fix they way they talk to there customers.

Just like all Dollar Trees. There was a lot of merchandise for $1.25. The store was clean and aisles clear.

I've been coming to this location for over a decade and I've always had positive experiences. This week I found out from social media that dollar tree had NFB (national foundation for the blind) brailled hot wheels. I was so excited! My son is blind and we have several friends in the blind community. When I found out I called the syracuse store and asked if they had any. The employee, Susie said that someone had just purchased a few. She went back and looked through all the hot wheels on the pegs and found one and saved it for me. Tonight I went back to look for more to give to friends and family. I found one hanging up. I went to find an employee to see if there were more hot wheels I could look through somewhere in the store or if there were boxes in the back. To my surprise it was the same employee, Susie who had helped me a few days ago. She said there wasn't any other place on the floor but she would look in the back. She went in the back and looked through the boxes back there and found me 4 more! I was so excited! She went above and beyond for us!

Horrible customer service, Horrible manager. Manager admitted the store was at fault twice for missing items but refused to do anything.

This store was totally stocked today! I always go to this store specifically because they are always way more stocked than the other stores. It was super busy today but all 3 registers were open, other employees on the floor, and it was packed with customers. The lines seemed really long and I was concerned that it would take forever to get through the checkout BUT IT DIDN'T! I was the 4th or 5th person in line and I still made it through in under 5 minutes. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. This store is currently participating in a "buy a Christmas gift for a child in need." All you need to do at checkout is let them know whether you would like to buy a toy for a child, or 2 or 3 if you'd like, and they will add it on.
