I've had a unit at Gateway for over a year and I really would not want to be anywhere else. It is always very clean. Someone really takes pride in the appearance. The security and cameras are adequate but not intrusive. The office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They live on site and keep a close eye on the place but never intrude. The only thing to remember is the gate locks at exactly 11:00 pm and you cannot get out if you are inside the gate. I have sent several people here for storage and will continue to recommend Gateway Storage and their great owner and staff!

Well, the facilities are nice. But I’ve had some difficulties with this business. Toda, I called them to let them know I’ll be paying my bill in a couple days Because I was 21 days behind-( completely my fault I understand)
. I asked them to unlock the unit for me as they change the code and put a lock on your storage unit when you’re more than 15 days late I had a medication inside that is very important to me and my health. I realize not the greatest place. Keep my medication but lesson learned. They said it was a hard no. I would definitely think twice about renting here now, especially after they had a huge financial mix up earlier last year.

Good luck determining which gate works. The keypad system is outdated & they just can’t seem to find the $$$ to just replace the whole system. Go in one gate & you have to go out another.

We have been using Gateway Storage for many years now. It's so nice to have a convenient, safe place to store our extra toys and belongings. We have referred multiple friends & neighbors over the years.
The staff has always been helpful and attentive. Thanks Gateway Storage!!

This is a great storage facility. I have been a customer for nearly 15 years. They are always helpful and friendly. Their prices seem very reasonable. I have used three different sites as I got larger trailers and Al the sites are good. They put down a new layer of gravel a few years ago which cured the small puddles after heavy rain.

Rented unit for 5 years no problems. Units are clean, property is always clean. People in office are nice. They are easy to get ahold of when you need them.

Don't rent from these jerks! Very unprofessional, they don't update their systems and will lock you out even if You've paid on time. They keep changing management so the rules keep changing. Also had my campers window broken out and tire flattened. For being under surveillance they had no idea when or who could have done it. Complete circus, don't waste your time.
