The staff at this facility is extremely friendly and always respond to a need (paper towels replaced, clean-up, et al.) The staff make working out positive and enjoyable. Very neat place and team!

I’m extremely disappointed with the way this gym handles cancellations. We canceled both our membership and personal training back in September 2024, yet they continued charging us for five months after cancellation. When I went to address the issue, they claimed there was no record of the personal training cancellation.
To make matters worse, the manager showed up without greeting us or introducing themselves, leaving us unsure of who they even were. This lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable.
I always try to support local businesses, but this gym in Syracuse has completely lost my trust. As a business owner myself, I would never treat my clients this way—especially if I wanted them to return. I will never go back, and I cannot recommend this gym to anyone.

Normal gym, nothing special but their pricing is higher than most other gyms in this category and they increase their pricing without a proper notification. Then if you cancel in person they will tell you that they are submitting it and you will get charged one extra month, not a huge deal, but the problem is they don't actually cancel and they continue to charge you. Then they will tell you that you signed an agreement and they will send you to go to collections if you want to avoid paying their scam fees. Crap company, crappy people, extremely aggressive sales team if you ask to use your benefit to do the body scan, they will pester you to sign up for personnel training. Go literally anywhere else, you'll get the same exercise without the shady business practices. If you cancel you NEED to get an email or written proof because they lie and will try to steal as much as they can from you. Talked to an employee in December and now I just barely got it properly showing a cancelled status 110$ later (annual renewal and 2 extra months of charges) and only after talking to the corporate help desk and insisting they send me proof of cancellation, which itself was a pain.

Friendly staff, but this gym’s weekend hours are ridiculous. I don’t even get off of work by 6 PM on Saturdays and 2 PM on Sundays. Even if I had a normal 9-5, that would only give me an hour to work out on Saturdays. Without weekends, I feel that the membership is less worth it.

If I could, I wouldn't give any stars. I went to ask for information and for a tour of the gym they made me write down my information but since my husband would pay for the membership I signed it up for him and it took us 30 minutes to give us the tour and they only gave it to him Ami they didn't take me into account at all but xxx they lost 3 better memberships if customer service I went on Monday, January 20 at 8:00 pm

If you are looking to get a membership here, ask for Sam. He was kind and friendly and answered all of my questions. He made me feel valued and made it a good experience.

EōS has been a HUGE part of changing my life! I have lost 189 pounds! 145 of that has come in the last 6 months since I decided to make a total lifestyle change that included getting back in the gym. The staff at my home gym in Syracuse UT has been phenomenally supportive of my journey! And the convenience of having a great gym just 4 minutes from home is amazing! Plus knowing a brand new facility is currently being built is very exciting as I plan on EōS being a big part of my life moving forward. Thank you everyone at EōS Syracuse! I couldn’t have done this without you! 💙

Going on 5 months in a row now of being incorrectly charged and lied to regarding the problem being fixed. This is a terrible company with dishonest and misleading practices, and apparently incompetent people in change. Go anywhere else.

I know gym cancelations are notoriously horrible, but I don't think I've ever been so confused with a policy. He called in almost a month ago to cancel and they said you have to do it through the app. Problem is, he has a new phone and can't access the app. So we just went in to cancel in person. They then went on to charge us for the additional month and forced him to set up the app to cancel. How there is no way to cancel in person is just stupid. I will say, the front desk worker Trev was super nice and helpful.
