I can't say enough good things about the incredible team that works there. Seriously, this is, without a doubt, the best!
From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel genuinely cared for. They are consistently patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whether I have a complicated question about an insurance co-pay or need clarity on a new medication, they take the time to explain everything thoroughly without making me feel rushed.
Their efficiency is also unmatched. Refills are always ready quickly, and I rarely have to wait more than a minute or two, even during peak hours. They always go the extra mile and if issues arise, they proactively resolve them before I even know about them.
If you are looking for a pharmacy that combines speed, professionalism, and true compassion, look no further. This team is a cornerstone of the community, and they deserve every bit of praise. They are amazing!

I absolutely love Island View Pharmacy! The staff is always very friendly and helpful and I've never had to wait long for my prescriptions to be filled.

We were transferring my medicine and had some trouble on Monday. Your employee Melinda was so patient and kind and got it all straightened out. Picked it up today and everything was done and it was less than I expected for my copay.

Yes Jordan is great. He worked with me and helped me out a lot when my wife was going out of the country for 3 months and the Ins/online pharmacy was giving me so much run around. But I want to praise the staff at this location as well. I called just now and of course I asked for Jordan. He wasn't working, short conversation with the lady that answered (sorry I forgot her name) and of course same level as Jordan just handled it for me and make me feel great about refills and what we are doing next. Love working with locals.

There is 1 good pharmacist there. But I gave this pharmacy a 2nd chance after a couple years, and they literally try to charge for things your insurance covers completely, repetitively. I prefer to not fight with staff here and I just go to another pharmacy

The professionalism and customer service is the best I have ever experienced! For the last 20 years I have had health problems from injuries that occurred while serving this great country of ours! I have been to a lot of pharmacies over the years.and none come close to Island View. I no longer live in Syracuse, I now I live in Roy and it is well worth the drive to Island View were I have all my prescriptions. Syracuse has rapidly grown over the last 20 years but Island View has managed to keep that small town feeling while keeping up with technology to help increase their customer service. If I were able to give them 10 star rating, I would!
