There is 1 good pharmacist there. But I gave this pharmacy a 2nd chance after a couple years, and they literally try to charge for things your insurance covers completely, repetitively. I prefer to not fight with staff here and I just go to another pharmacy

Extremely friendly. Helpful and knowledgeable. I love this place. They have found prescriptions for me that everyone else can’t seem to have in stock ever!! I love chatting with the staff.

The professionalism and customer service is the best I have ever experienced! For the last 20 years I have had health problems from injuries that occurred while serving this great country of ours! I have been to a lot of pharmacies over the years.and none come close to Island View. I no longer live in Syracuse, I now I live in Roy and it is well worth the drive to Island View were I have all my prescriptions. Syracuse has rapidly grown over the last 20 years but Island View has managed to keep that small town feeling while keeping up with technology to help increase their customer service. If I were able to give them 10 star rating, I would!

As others have said, this is the best pharmacy! Great service, very friendly. They greet you immediately. Usually pretty short wait times. I highly recommend this local pharmacy.

I went to this establishment to get my COVID booster, and was met with pleasantries as soon as I walked in the door. Jamie was prepared, organized, courteous, and administered my shot with the accuracy of Legolas taking down a horde of Orcs. Needless to say this will be a pharmacy that I will continue to visit. Thank you!

The pharmacist, Janet, could not have been any kinder with our children when they received their flu shots. She was so gentle and patient as they worked through their stress. Definitely would trust her to give any shots!
