Jensen Park is a great place to go fishing. It also has a good path to run and walk on. The park itself is pretty clean too.

Had a great time with my Granddaughters. We walked the area and picked up garbage out of the water. We couldn't find a garbage so we found the bathroom and threw it all away in there. We saw kids fishing swimming, adults walking. We saw some ducks and the beautiful landscape.

Coming from the Mojave desert 🏜, it's nice to see water and lots of birds. Apparently, fishing is also allowed.
There's a public bathroom that is open even in the winter.
There is a club house that can be rented for occasions. However, some renters think that means that they are renting the outside of the building. They don't. If the building renters harass you, contact the Syracuse PD or the Parks and Recreation department and they will straighten out the renters.
There are several gazebos available for picnicking, though I don't know if one has to reserve them or if it's first come, first serve. There is an air conditioned club house, too. I look forward to visiting the park in the summer and using the facilities.
