If negative stars were an option that’s what this store (or at least the manager ) deserves. The manager looked at my car for 3 minutes before quoting me for the most expensive thing. I knew it wasn’t right and I left and came back the next day because my car could barley run and Ryker and a couple others helped me and actually took time to look at my car and they fixed it right up. Was in and out with a fixed car. I believe the managers name was Ryland, he does not deserve that position. He is making your company look horrible. The manager made me stress and feel stupid. He clearly Dosent know anything about cars or just wants money. Get him out of there. Will never return to your Syracuse jiffy lube

Called and asked about the price for a fuel filter replacement on my Mustang. The technician asked the manager if they can do that, he said "nope can't do that gotta drop the fuel tank". That's defiantly not the case for this vehicle. Either don't offer the service, or know your services before giving an answer if you're the manager.

Stripped out my oil pan during an oil change and told me I had to pay over 500 dollars for them to fix their mistake.
They don't own up to their mistakes.

Disappointed. They did the oil change, but I didn't look at my receipt until I got home. It said they cleaned my widows, which wasn't done. As I was about to leave, they hadn't reset the 'Maintenance Required' on my dashboard. I called a guy over to do it, and he fiddled with buttons for 10 minutes before calling his manager over to help. I will probably go somewhere else next time.

Went to the shop waited in line for 20 min before someone came out, then another guy 10 min later telling me the guy who runs the exhaust sniffer was off today

If i could give them 0 stars i would. i came in for an emissions test and inspection. i was made to feel extremely stupid, very judged for the car i was driving all 4 of the boys who were standing around and legit refused to help they just stared at me while trying to pass me and my mom off to every other associate. one man headed towards us then picked up a box and stood there an stared at me…this is the reason woman and teen girls feel very uncomfortable going into mechanic shops. do better! i will never be back to this location nor will i EVER recommend this location!

I’ve been waiting for almost an hour for a sticker renewal… there are four techs here and only two of them are working. There were only two vehicles ahead of me. This is ridiculous. I got here at 8:05am I should’ve been on the road by 8:30

Been here a few times and just have had issues and things every time. Most recently I was told oil change would be done in 45 minutes and I waited and hour and a half. Then I get in my car and there is no oil sticker and the oil light has not been reset. Then I had a coupon that said $25 off plus a $25 e gift card. They didn't know how i got the e gift card and said I should receive it in my email. I have yet to see anything.

Came in today to get both of my vehicles oil changed. My husband is deployed and he normally changes it himself because we have heard horror stories of places not actually changing it but charging. Anyway I had a Fantastuc experience at the Syracuse location. They got me right in were super quick. topped off my empty coolant for free and showed me how dirty my filters were. They offered to change them but were not pressuring in any way. I was really impressed with my tech Jacob Amos who was helping me today. He was very kind thorough and made me feel at ease. Thanks for making what i thought would be a stressful experience so much better!
