I went to the Maverik today to get gas the sign on the side of the road said regular $3.49 a gallon I pull up to the pump and it's $3.59. So make sure you take a look at how much you're really paying for their gas.

Today I stopped by this location to redeem some of my Maverick points for a burrito When I attempted to make the purchase, the register , for some reason, wasn't recognizing my points. So the employee decided to redeem my points for a $5 gift certificate and then we tried to purchase it with that. I was told I still owed some money even though I had enough points to complete the purchase for free. When I pointed this out to the employee , she realized the mistake, apologized, got her manager , who arranged to give me the burrito for free and keep the $5 gift certificate for my inconvenience. I was not expecting all that for a minor inconvenience. I was very impressed with the staff!

So I just called barely and all I did was ask if they had solar eclipse glasses and the lady hung up. I thought maybe we got disconnected so I called back and asked if they had solar eclipse glasses and the lady hung up again. This is so rude and disrespectful all you could have said was no, it’s not that hard. I live super close to them and I go there often just really disrespectful when you’re maverick is that selfish.

I stopped here to fill up my tire with air and the air compressor not only lied about how much it cost but reduced the amount of air in my tire from 18 psi to 13 psi, so I would’ve literally been better off not stopping here.

Maverik has a reputation for clean bathrooms, and this station is no different. It's limited vacancy, but they don't have much control over that. I appreciate the Scott brand toilet paper, and the updated soap & paper towel dispensers. And the night staff was very nice :) Thank you very much!

The cashier charged me money for nachos when I had no nachos but only a large hot dog. I will never buy hot dogs there again if cashiers are like this there.

Im friends with some of the staff. Their overworked and hate working there. The store director is verry rude to them. Would not recommend spending your money in a place that dosent respect its employees. Although the store is well kept employees work hard. They shouldent have to hate their job

Normally I Love Maverick. This one sucks. Hard to access in and out. It's smaller and hasn't been updated, and it's BACKWARD and really messes with one's senses. As a Franchise Real Estate Director speaking, bad move for the chain. Those items aside, this is thre first and ONLY Maverick I've seen that is charging for ice and water refills! I was gonna buy some other items like i usually do. But i walked out on the principle. The attendant was the only one there working. Could have said hello or goodbye, didn't acknowledge me at all, like all the others do. Just go somewhere else.

the female working on new years eve is a very rude lady. very rude. I ask and have been trying to ask about a product I bought being half empty. she just hangs up and hangs up. very rude employee. I will avoid syracuse maverick near rush center, from now on. not worth it to spend my money there. update - her name was Jen. when I got there, she was just watching the fireworks. not doing a dam thing.

Its really rude how the bakery person will see you standing at the counter and completely ignore you. I had 1 item it wouldn't of taken much time for her to help me out.
