Such a great place! They are honest, friendly and very helpful. Did a big project to get my car fixed and did it in a timely manner, even though it is a huge job to tackle. Not to mention, the cheapest auto shop I have found in town! They have a warrenty on their work, and do it right the first time. Would recommend to anyone needing service done. Thank you!

They diagnosed my daugbters car with a seized engine, quoted me a huge number to get it fixed. I Sold it to another mechanic who got a rock out of the alternator. Runs just fine now! Lost a ton of money on the car all because they diagnosed it wrong.

They have a very friendly staff. I was able to just walk-in and do my emissions test and then pay my licensing all right there. Very convenient. I have been coming here for years.

My 2003 Toyota Sequoia needed front wheel bearings replaced, since it has 180k miles and it made a vibration sound. I called and got a bid from them which was more affordable then several other local shops. It took them a couple of extra days to get it done, since they had to order some of the parts from the dealer.
When I picked it up they told me that it was not an easy which required more labor to finish the job. Fortunately, they honored the original bid, which is totally respectable and shows that they put the customer first! I highly recommend their services.

I have taken my vehicle here a couple times for some work since I’ve moved to Utah and they have always been phenomenal, trust worthy and extremely transparent. Between customer service and work done 10/10 would recommend.

Four days after I bought a used car from a dealer the check engine light came on and the car started running roughly. I live an hour away from Syracuse and took the car to the closest shop I could find. Fortunately, it was Pearson. They got to my car very quickly and worked through possible issues. They talked me through what they were looking at step-by-step, always hoping the fix would be the least costly.
The issue was something that needed to be replaced as part of a regular maintenance schedule. The biggest hassle was that they didn't have a big enough window in their schedule for the amount of time the repair would take for a week. Not their fault. Pearson gave me a ride to a place I could hang out while I waited to be picked up.
The repair was not cheap, but I was very satisfied with Pearson's price for the repair and a couple of other things I asked them to do while they had the car. (Cheaper than the shop I go to where I live.)
If I lived near Syracuse, Pearson would be my regular shop. I was glad I found them when I needed them.

Dropped in on a busy morning 3 people ahead of me. I was able to get checked in and was in and out with my registration in about 20-30minutes

If you are looking for a great mechanic that will treat you well while being honest and straight with you, you my friend have found the place! This is a smaller shop that everyone should help support because they 100% deserve it. 5+ stars. My car now rides like a dream thanks to them.
