“I've had a unit at Gateway for over a year and I really would not want to be anywhere else. It is always very clean. Someone really takes pride in the appearance. The security and cameras are adequate but not intrusive. The office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They live on site and keep a close eye on the place but never intrude. The only thing to remember is the gate locks at exactly 11:00 pm and you cannot get out if you are inside the gate. I have sent several people here for storage and will continue to recommend Gateway Storage and their great owner and staff!”

“Drew and Justin did a great job. They were very professional and kind. We moved from Utah to Colorado to an apartment on the 3rd floor. They did the whole job quickly, hauling all our stuff up two flights of stairs. They are very hard workers and very skilled. Bob also did a great job answering all our questions and talking us through the whole process before the move took place. Great experience!”

When I needed to store some of my things to prevent them from being damaged/stolen, they were nothing but professional, understanding, friendly, and helpful. When it comes down to communication, they are extremely understanding. There were a few times where my pay days were a little after the due date, and they were absolutely willing to work with me, and that right there helped alleviate some stressful moments for me... Because this was the first time I'd ever needed a storage unit... And I was fearful of losing everything. Anytime I called people were always friendly and helpful. And the facility itself is WONDERFUL. Super secure with a code to open the main gate, that code needed again to get into your building, and then your specific lock and key in your unit. The buildings were always clean and it was always quick and easy to go pop by my unit if needed. Would recommend!”

I was able to do everything online super easy and the app that they have is also a super helpful tool, I’ve used it every time I’ve come to get into my storage. It is self-storage and everything can be done online, but there is an office building on property with friendly staff that can help with any problems that come up. I also appreciate that the property is very clean. Getting into my unit was super straightforward and easy!”

“Juan was great to work with. No one was at the office the day that I went, but he went out of his way to get me set up remotely. I had to call him every couple of minutes to make sure I was on the right track and he answered all of my calls. The storage unit is easily accessible, secure, and was clean upon me taking it over. The facility is gated, well lit (I had to make a night run) and can only be accessed by customers with personalized code at entry and exit.”
