DELI ONLY REVIEW:The chicken tenders at the Syracuse store are dry and no flavor. They aren't double breaded like other Smith's. If you want good ones, go to Kaysville or West Point, maybe others but those 2 for sure. Back to Syracuse, I asked the cook why they aren't double breaded, she said they don't have the machine to do it. I don't understand that answer, maybe someone can explain it.I like everything else about Smith's!

The only grocer in Syracuse, other than Walmart, so locals have almost no choice but to shop here. For it to be a fairly small store, produce department is pretty decent and the meat department workers are very friendly. If a customer wants items, such as crawfish, you just let that department know 2-3 days in advance. I've eaten a couple of salads from the deli area that were pretty good. My favorite item from the bakery is the jumbo chocolate frosted donut that's about the size of a plate.

Need to update hours and fix issues with insurance info. I repeatedly come in to get prescriptions just to find they are closed, also have to continually remind them of my insurance information.

I have used this pharmacy for a while and it has steadily gone down hill. I have been told I needed pre authorization and then spent an hour on the phone with my insurance and doc just to find out she read the wrong line. I was told my second insurance didn’t work as second insurance to find out they had put the prescription in wrong. I kept going back and forth with my insurance because it showed $30 online but was $60 when I picked it up. It turns out they were filling 31 days so it was charging me double for 1 pill. They are always so busy that they make me feel like I am not important. I used to be like other pharmacies where they will call the insurance for you, now they always have me do it. If it was like 1 time I could understand, but I run tens of thousands of dollars worth of prescriptions a year through them. I think it might be time to transfer stuff to another pharmacy. They need to go back to the way the way they were before. Caring and not always in such a rush.

Great people but they close early randomly without warning.

Pretty disappointed with this pharmacy. I drove a ways just to pick up a prescription that had been filled and showed up moments after 1pm, where the entire pharmacy takes a lunch together, and was rudely turned away. As an RN, I’m surprised at the lack of customer service given. It seems strange to me that everyone has to take a lunch together and the entire pharmacy closes instead of covering for each other during the lunch hour and keeping it open.

I've been to every Smith's in the area. This one is by far the worst. The aisles are narrow and crammed with random stuff. Just an overall chaotic experience.

I've been using Smith's Pharmacy in Syracuse for about 7 years now, and have had nothing but the best service possible. The staff members go out of their way to take care of you!

Horrible Horrible !!!! I gave them a chance once again!!!! And I have to say I got nothing but poor quality service!! No type of Empathy or professionalism.. I called 2.5 hours before closing and asked them to fill a medication for me I was very specific on the name, strength and sig, only to find out after being rushed and not being offered the option to review my meds with the pharmacy or verify what I am picking up. I get to my car to go over my meds and I noticed that they gave me the wrong medication. I went back to let them know what they had done and of course they where closed !!! I am very upset and disappointed in this pharmacy team. I am left with out my meds experiencing tachycardia just bacause they missed security verifiers twice 1. Review over the phone with me what I was requesting 2. The pharmacy verifying my medication at pick up. As a health care professional I am super disappointed in this type of customer service. Please get it together smiths in Syracuse, peoples life’s are at stake
