This place is so weird. Why is there a self serve kiosk facing my car, but then an attendant who tries to peek around and do it for me? I am perfectly capable of selecting a wash and tapping my card. It's awkward and it feels like the only reason they're there is to add pressure and upcharge people. Also, the kid today wanted to insert my card. I said it's a tap. He said he prefers to insert. Ummm, it's MY card, buddy! Tap is more secure and that's the way *I* prefer to pay. Leave me alone and let me buy the wash I want, the way I want! Ultimate Express, if you want these kids to be the cashiers, don't face the point of sale system into the driver's window!!!

It’s really pricey. They don’t give specialty accessories such as air fresheners or towels to dry off your car unless you buy their $40 a month package and they never have BOTH entry way lanes opened. It’s annoying…… and controlling at the same time. If people are going to FULL dollar amount for your car wash, the least you can do is have full access to the entryway lane open 24 seven no matter what!!! It’s very mediocre for how expensive it is. The ONLY reason I still come is because I live across the street. If the entry lanes keep closing though randomly I will probably end up cancelling eventually and never come back.
