I just had the best ever experience with employees at Zions Bank in Syracuse. Jason Anderson and Michelle Paskett provided the best customer service I've received in a long time from a bank. They both went over and above my expectations for the past three months in helping me get not only a personal loan to get my finances in order, but also a business loan for me and my daughter to take over a business in Salt Lake. They were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and couldn't have made my life easier. It was a long, tedious process. but they both were patient and worked hard for me. Thanks so much, Michelle and Jason. I've made two new friends and am so grateful for them.

My daughter needed to get her signature notarized for financial aid paperwork for Utah Tech College. Went into the Branch in Syracuse and was instantly meet by a teller who was blunt and rude when she told us to have a seat. I was a bit taken by her harsh personality. After waiting and watching the four tellers talking with each other I went back up to ask how long it would be. Again, the teller was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. The worst was when the Branch Manager wanted cash for him to notarize his signature because my daughter did not have an account with the bank. I needed to go get the cash out of my account before he would sign. I’ve had an account since 1995 and he told me “he would do me a favor this time”. Needless to say my barely 18 year old daughter will not be doing business with Zions ever again. I will NEVER set foot in that office.

Nothing but a terrible experience since I got the account. The employees and bank staff are great.I signed up 2 weeks ago for a bank account. A week goes by, I get kicked out of my banking app, my Face ID gets erased and I have no clue if I have a balance or not. I go in, sit for an hour getting back into my banking app.It’s been 2 weeks and I have no bank card. I know there’s a delay, so it’s fine.Now, today I didn’t get my paycheck.I’m very angry. I’ve never had so many problems with a bank after just opening it. I’m just very aggravated.

The company I work for uses this bank, and I use them regularly for getting change and deposit receipts. They always know what I need when I come in and are always friendly.

Bad customer service. Penny was always nice to everyone else, but never to me. She always acted like I wasn't worth her time. Having a banking account here was more of a pain than it was worth. Even when I closed out my account them seemed to be happy I was leaving, but not as happy as I was to be leaving!

I'm frustrated with them. My husband and I set up an account to build savings for when we would move about 8 months ago. We went and had all of our information and got an account set up. They didn't send us cards. So after about a month of waiting, my husband went in and talked to them about it. A week later we had our cards. Everything was great for a while. We got married in April, in the first week of June we went back in after getting all of my information switched over to my new last name, and our marriage certificate to change the name on the account. The same guy who helped us the first time helped us again, we gave him all of our information and what not. They change the name on the account but never sent us the new card again. Because the name was changed on the account, I couldn't use my old card. Only my husbands card worked. We had a lot happened to us in June and July, so when August rolled around, we remembered that we had yet to get our new card. My husband goes back in and talk to the lady at the counter and tells her what's going on. She tells him that we need to come back in with all of her information and talk to the guy who originally helped us to change the name. My husband told her we have already done that and that we are just waiting on the card. He told her that the name had already been changed because we can't use my original card with my maiden name on it. She looked us up in the system and tells him that the guy who helped us just needs to send off the info to have the cards sent out. This was in the beginning of August. October rolls around and we are about to move into our first apartment. We still hadn't received the new card. We had to use my husbands card to get our apartment. They told us that if we let the balance hit exactly $0, the account would automatically close. I'm so fed up with this that I don't want to go in and close it in person because I might get nasty with them, nor do I have the time. So with careful purchasing and what not. I cleared the account exactly today. Hopefully if they didn't lie again, this should close the account and we should be free from them. I'm done with their games, I will not ever recommend them to anyone. Bye 👋

Penny at Syracuse branch has given me amazing customer service. She is always kind and patient and has gone out of her way being helpfull. Everyone at this branch has always done a stellar job for me. They are all pleasant. But PENNY IS ROCK STAR!!!!!!

Poor customer service & a five dollar charge for using a check from their own bank. I used to have an account with them but I closed it after they kept lying to me & trying to steal money from me, that's no way to treat the people who trust you with their money. Criminals.
