Went into the tooele branch several times the young guy was rude he reached out to another department couldn't answer my question he said he would give me a number I can call them asked him for the number he snarky got mad and said he never said that a month ago same guy said I had several accounts in my name then later denied it he odviously don't belong here sad tho they probably won't do anything best option is to call the 1800 number

These guys used to be top knotch in every aspect. But ever since they have hired the new manager, Brandon I believe? I never feel welcome coming in to the branch. He’s always snarky and gives very childish vibes when he is asked to do something. I had a very very large check deposited to my account, his employee told him the reasoning for my large deposits lately (and yes a congratulations was in order) and he just looked at me and laughed under his breath like I was a joke. I’ve asked in the past about business banking information, and he literally just handed me a brochure and wasn’t willing to answer any questions. This could have been a very huge business account you guys could have had the privilege of having, but unfortunately your childish manager has ruined my entire relationship with AFCU. I will be taking all of my business elsewhere, where there’s professionalism from management

I now understand why businesses go through Mountain America instead of America First.Went into the branch today with a container of quarters to deposit. After standing in a line that went out their door, Kayleigh told me that due to convenience, they couldn't except them. THIS IS UNITED STATES CURRENCY!! It's your JOB to except them!! Been a member almost 5 years. Told her I would have to post a negative review on google if she didn't help me. She cracked a grin and said "ok". So now here we are.

Teller was extremely rude. Went to pickup a check to give to a dealership for a car and had some account questions, the teller was not kind and kept glaring whenever I had another question about my account.

Bad customer service from Izaiah. I’m a new customer and had questions about paying loans online. Didn’t know how to really do it and I got frustrated so I said forget it and as I was leaving he mumbled something. I asked him what he said and he denied it saying he is wearing a mask. Very rude. Would give 0 if possible. If you have questions besides a normal deposit or withdrawal stay away from him!
