I always make the trip to West Valley, they never have anything in stock. went to get screen protector for a iphone 15 and 13 and they did not have in stock. The people there are real nice and friendly but are not very knowledgeable about the products.

I needed a phone upgrade and some other questions answered regarding billing and account information. Riley was incredibly helpful and made the whole process incredibly easy. He answered all of my questions, set up my new phone, and got me a great deal! Riley was super knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I'll definitely recommend this location to anyone needing assistance.

Stopped in at this location due to an issue with my daughters phone. Rob knew exactly what the issue was and went above and beyond to help us. Its very evident he takes pride in providing excellent customer service. AT&T is lucky to have him!

I came in for what I thought would be a simple 5 minute matter, and it turned into an hour long ordeal calling multiple people, managers, and various departments. Rob was amazing and patient through the whole thing. This is the kind of support you hear used to happen and can't find anymore. It still exists at this store!!

I kept getting notifications that I was using too much data. And my phone would get sluggish. I supposedly have unlimited data and best plan, as per the representative. I had three numbers a few months ago and went to another AT&T store and had them drop two of the phone numbers. I was told that it would make a significant difference on my bill. It, in actually made very little difference. I have a T-mobile person telling me they can do a much better deal. I left the Tooele store thinking that it might be time for a change. The only thing AT&T could offer was for me to drop my insurance on the phone, saving me ten bucks. WHY didn't I realize a savings from dropping two phone numbers? My bill is not in line with what their competitors are offering for unlimited data.

I was having issues with my Samsung watch that I had just bought. Rob went above and beyond to help me to replace the watch. I gave five stars for the excellent service. The jury is still out on the Samsung 6 watch. Thanks Rob.

The store manager unprofessional and lazy.Was looking to upgrade couple lines for my business acc and the only thing that the agent at the store was saying that they’re out of devices.Will switch to T-Mobile or Verizon

I have been to this location twice to have them help me out with an issue isn’t very fun to work on and they have been very willing and very helpful. I’ll be sticking with AT&T for a while for this reason.

They routinely tell customers they cannot assist them with simple technical support, billing, new SIM cards, upgrades, etc., in the past year I have had to drive over half an hour away to do something as simple as having them do a software update as the employees refused to even TRY to see what was wrong with my phone. I understand commission is important to your employees, but refusing to help existing customers with anything OTHER than adding new lines is poor customer service. I will not be going back to this locations, advising others to avoid it, and filing a complaint with AT&T or whichever company owns this retailer. As a 20 year long customer, this is truly disappointing behavior.
