I'm so glad for these guys! Free install on a car battery from Zachary. Give that man a raise! He's calm, smart, and good at his job. :) Unlike Kevin who was rather rude and I didn't care for the way he talked to other employees. Would be 5 stars but Kevin kinda brought that down :(

Autozone is the best! When you don't have the time to take your car into the mechanic shop for 2+ hours these guys can quickly diagnosis the problem and suggest next steps and also give you peace of mind whether you have an urgent need on your hands or can wait a few days. Bailey was particularly helpful this last weekend and went above and beyond to make sure I would get to my destination safely! Thanks Bailey! By the way, all of the check engine lights went off following your advice ☺️

The customer service here is exceptional, the employees are always ready to assist in any way, they are very knowledgeable, they answer any questions, with easily understood, yet thorough answers. Its very comfortable shopping here, it feels more like "hanging out" with experienced friends, l who are eager to teach and apprentice rather than just " going to pick up some parts". The atmosphere here is also something to mention, i dont know how to explain it, but its almost like you can feel the cleanliness of the store, i dont know how else to put it, other than its almost refreshing. You would have to come here to understand. Not to mention the prices here are hard to beat. Anyways i love this place and its employees/!

I just came to this autozone to get things for an oil change for 2 vehicles. When i was there, there was 2 females working. 1 was named Thania, the other is the manager im guessing with green hair. The manager was walking around talking on the phone while Thania was doing a great job helping everyone. She helped me get everything i need and went out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction. I then bring in a case of oil to dump and the manager has nothing but negative things to say to Thania about me going back there and dumping my own oil like ive been doing for YEARS. I did not like how the manager was talking down to the best employee there who was helping everyone over me dumping my oil which is why i typed this out. Thania is the only reason for 5 stars.

Overall have had a great experience with the staff members, I go there all the time and most of the time their helpful, but God forbid you talk to the new female manager, she's unprofessional, rude, agruementive, unhelpful, and has no knowledge in her field of work, I went in there to replace a broken rotor they sent me and she was just trying to get me to pay for a whole new one, until I talk to another staff member who actually solved my issue

Every one of the staff members was helpful and gave honest advice on products and their own advice.
They also always give my husband a Ventrens discount. Something that is always appreciated! I respect all the businesses that show support to those who served!!
