“America First Credit Union provides great service, friendly employees, and competitive banking products. The Utah Mammoth debit card is also a nice touch. The biggest drawback is that the branch is located inside Macey's. There is an outside ATM, but no dedicated parking and no drive-thru, so every transaction requires going inside the store. Parking is often limited because nearby businesses fill much of the shopping center's lot. I'd love to see AFCU invest in a standalone branch in Tooele with dedicated parking, more space, and a drive-thru. The service is excellent; the location leaves room for improvement.”

I am the owner of Rocky Mountain Impressions here in Tooele and I am always treated so well at Chartway every time I go in. Dausyn was able to do the refinance in about 30min and she also saved me $284.00 a month!”

“This was my first time at the Tooele branch, (I usually go to Stansbury) but I had a great experience here. The staff are incredibly kind, accommodating, and as fast as they can be even when the system isn’t cooperating! One of the employees, Avery, (bless her heart) was going to wait 48 minutes on the phone for me even beyond closing to resolve my issue. That kind of service is unmatched. I always leave here feeling satisfied and grateful to have chosen them as my preferred credit union. I would recommend MACU to anyone because their service is excellent and they’ve always been quick to resolve disputes when necessary. All of this is coming from someone who rarely leaves reviews—so the fact that I felt compelled to leave a great review should be a testament to how good they really are.”
