“This was my first time at the Tooele branch, (I usually go to Stansbury) but I had a great experience here. The staff are incredibly kind, accommodating, and as fast as they can be even when the system isn’t cooperating! One of the employees, Avery, (bless her heart) was going to wait 48 minutes on the phone for me even beyond closing to resolve my issue. That kind of service is unmatched.
I always leave here feeling satisfied and grateful to have chosen them as my preferred credit union. I would recommend MACU to anyone because their service is excellent and they’ve always been quick to resolve disputes when necessary.
