Bella Nails exceeded expectations! I was a walk in and they were very busy but they still got me in. She provided excellent service and professional nails. I am in town on business often and have gotten my nails done at other places in town and they are awful. I will only go to Bella Nails when I am in town from now on. Thank you for the attention to detail.

I am quite picky when with my nails. I've seen 3 different nail techs at Bella nails and have had zero complaints each experience. They are thorough and do quality work. Bella nails is my new nail spot! ? ?

This is my favorite salon in the Tooele area. They consistently do a great job with acrylic, gel and pedicures. I always like the shapes, I love their color selection and it's easy to make an appointment.

This place was depressing to sit in and the screens were too dirty to see nail details through. The nail tech was clumsy with my hands and caused injury. I could’ve dealt with it better if the set had at least turned out decent. I had them redone elsewhere ASAP and two other women told me they were having theirs redone from the same issues. Not returning.

I'm not sure what I did to make the lady so mad, but I went to get a new full set. I know my old ones were grown out, but that's why I was getting the new ones. She gave me a lecture on my nails being old, and while taking off the old ones was SO painful. My fingers are swollen and red and I can hardly grab anything my fingers are so sore. And this is 24 hours later.Service: Acrylic nails

I only give it 2 stars because as far as my pedicure, the lady did a great job. My 2 girls went in with me and they told one of them that the color she chose is fine but that a different color is better and proceeded with that color. A 9yr old won’t complain to an adult but it didn’t match the dress she was going to use for a special occasion that night. My 5yr old was fine but with both the girls they did little flowers on their nails which turned out great but they didn’t tell me it was extra. What ever it’s $5. I gave each one $5 tip for the girls and $10 for the one that did mine. That’s $20 on top of the $115 I paid.I referred my cousin the next day that was in town from California. She goes does a basic pedi and was asked if she wanted gel or regular polish. She chose gel. In no way was she told it was extra. She goes to pay and the lady says “it’s $30, would you like to leave a tip?” She says “yes, $5”. She leaves and then realizes she was charged $46. She calls to ask. They apologize and void the transaction. I proceed to pay via Venmo for the correct amount of $35. They call back 3 times to ask if it was a gel pedi. She confirmed it was but she wasn’t told it was $10 extra. They said it’s fine this time but for next time it will be $10 extra. Great! They were greatly appreciated and we moved on. An hour later I get a request on Venmo for $10!!! I declined respectfully. A WEEK later I get a request for $10. Now this is just petty and poor customer service. I will not be back.

I called ahead of time and made an appointment for first thing on Friday morning 22 July, 202210:00 am, for a pedicure and a gel manicure. Amy got me at 10:20am. She did my pedicure and came to me and said I can't do your manicure. I said why? Her other customer was waiting. What is wrong with this picture.........? I had an appointment for both a pedi and mani but because I have dark hair and skin and the other customer had blond hair she was going to take her. I have NEVER felt so discriminated against. I pay and tip just like all the other customers. I work in the customer service field and I don't tell one Customer they have to wait because I like the way the other customer looks. We treat ALL customers the same. Since I was inconvenienced and it ruined my WHOLE day I called Lotus Nails to get a gel manicure. For the afternoon. Like I said my whole day has been ruined. For those of you who read this I hope you will reconsider going to Bella Nails due to their Customer Service, and the way they move and treat their customers. I'm saddened about this because I actually enjoyed going in there. But there is NO room for discrimination in this world. Christy Jones

I wanted to wait & write this review to let the anger & upset emotions level out. On June 16th, I called around 10am to see if they had time for a walk in manicure/pedicure. I was told yes so I went in. I got there & was told to pick a color & sit at a pedicure chair within a couple minutes. Smooth sailing so far. After a minute or two, this lady (in picture) sat down and started doing stuff, something, not sure what to my feet. I've been getting pedicures for 15+ years at both great and crappy salons so I typically know what to expect regardless of the quality of salon. Now I am no nail tech or cosmetologist but I quickly came to the conclusion that what she was doing was not what she was supposed to be doing. She removed most of the old polish but not all. She clipped my toe nails and ran the file over each nail. With absolutely NO pressure. Then put my foot back in the water. No cuticle oil, no cleaning the sides, corners or under the nails, no trimming of the cuticles nothing. Then moved onto the other foot. I then asked "Is cleaning the sides and stuff of the nail not something you do?" She looked up, surprised and said "No, I do again." "I do twice". She then put slightly more effort into the current foot but still didn't do much. She then went back to the first foot and did pretty much the same thing. So I asked her, "Do you not want to do this? Because I can go to another salon." She then said something along the lines of she was doing it. I replied "It just does not seem like you want to do it because you have barely touched my foot." Of course, she starts talking to one of the other tech ladies in the salon. Very obviously talking about me. I don't speak the language they were but body language and gossip sound & look the same in every language. I ignored it, pretty upset at this point. I needed the pedicure done as I was attending a wedding that weekend & that was the only free time I'd had to get anything done that week. She started clipping at the cuticles obviously angry I had said something. Because she went from no pressure to hurting me. She was so rough I had to say "Ow". Once she was done butchering my toes she went to the back room to get the cheese grater which from my understanding are illegal as they are a blood pathogen risk and cannot be fully taken apart and sanitized. I quickly pulled my feet away and said I do not want that used on my feet. Which she was also not happy about. She came back with a used pumice stone and ran it across my heels a couple times. During this, a different person(tech) came and sat down to do the pedicure for the lady next to me. They started talking about, I assume, what was happening and how my tech was obviously upset. I asked what they were talking about and my tech said "Oh, she was just talking about something else." I was so frustrated and upset at this point. I came in to treat myself for the first time in probably a year to a pedicure and take an hour to try to relax and could not believe I had been treated this way. My tech then asked about the manicure I had wanted so I made the decision to get up and leave at that point. I told her and I assume the owner lady that I had never been treated so poorly before or been made to feel to unwelcome. I asked what I owed for her clipping my toe nails and I would pay for that but was not going to continue with the service. They spoke back and forth for a minute and after I asked again what I owed, I was told she was not going to charge me for clipping my nails. I got in my car and cried. After reading all of the other reviews I was shocked to have had this experience. I will NEVER come here again and will tell anyone who listens about my experience. I don't care if there is a language barrier or cultural barrier. Customer service is customer service. I assume she was not doing what she was supposed to be doing and was angry I called her out on it. Maybe it is time for her to retire because all of the ot

Not sure if it’s a new owner or what.. but I’ve been there in the past and they were great ! But my experience this last time was horrific .. Don’t bother showing up on time to your appointment they’re going to take you back a hour later, cleanliness is no where in sight , the lady got frustrated at me because I wasn’t picking a color fast enough… I really wasn’t taking my sweet time I was hoping to get some suggestions from her…
