To my surprise, this Credit Union only has a 2.7 rating on here. Which is part of the reason why I want to share my feedback.From the beginning, about 6 months ago, I have been treated politely just beyond my expectations. I originally opened an account and was made aware of a promotion which would award a cash incentive upon meeting the requirements. I went through the process, and even though I signed up for the wrong account, one of the representatives went to bat for me and made sure it was handled as promised. They have become my primary stop for day to day banking.

We had to meet with a loan officer twice. (Our own fault) She was very nice both times and super professional. Made sure we had everything we needed.

Was called at 0630 in the morning to verify my change of address request. When asked to call back a little later, representative never called back. When I called in, they insisted on giving me a test to verify what everyone else in the world accepts with a letter and signature, which I submitted. Time to look elsewhere

I am so grateful for Emily and all the amazing things she does!!!! I brought my elderly mother in and her customer service was outstanding by welcoming us, saying Hi…. she took time out of her day to make sure we were welcomed and taken care of. I am grateful the the Tooele Branch has Emily as the customer service person. Whoot whoot…. Thank you Emily for all you do!!!!!

Just left the tooele branch 15 min. Ago.....went to deposit money in my savings...I could see I was going to be there a while only 2 tellers I will minimising my savings& moving it some where else...

Long check clearing times, horrible debit card services(frequent shutoff of bank cards due to 'system errors') unhelpful customer service. Moved all business and personal accounts due to problems with every aspect of Chartway.

They give us INCREDIBLE rates. Where everyone else would give us 5% to 9% (even had an offer for 14%, thru a military bank hahahahaha!) when refinancing our cars Chartway gives us 3%. We have no bankruptcy and have 100% payment history and whenever I’ve talked to them both times when I’ve refinanced they say they take that into account! Had a dealership straight up say “well, a 720 credit score isn’t BAD but it’s not great either”, and offered 7% on a brand new car. I’m guessing because my husband and I are young they think they can take advantage of us? What a joke, I seriously couldn’t be happier with how great Chartway treats us and how much money they’ve saved us. They lowered our payments, shortened our terms AND cut our rates in half, all in one go. Doubt I will ever finance anywhere else! I appreciate y’all so much for looking out for us!

I went into this branch last month to make my car payment because I tried to make my monthly payment over the phone with general customer service and they refused to take my payment stating my personal information was incorrect. When going into the branch we confirmed all my information was correct and the teller took my payment no issue or so I thought. 20 days later I’m just now receiving a call from a gentleman who was rude stating I am two dollars short on my payment from last month again saying I am 20 days late. Customer service is Mickey Mouse over the phone and I can’t even trust making my payment in person. This place sucks. I’ll be refinancing.
