I rented a larger unit from Easy Storage for about 6 months. The place was very safe, secure and in a convenient location. Moreover, the rental unit was very clean and the roll-up door was super easy to open. Also I appreciated Austin's personable and quick responses to any concerns or issues. I will not hesitate to rent at Easy Storage again.

This storage place is great at working with us and does take care of our things by making sure we are aware of anything that is going on with the facility. Plus, they are always willing to ensure we are able to make the payments on time.

I moved my storage shed from Layton, Utah, and actually got my items into Easy Storage Tooele on Monday, December 4, 2023.It took quite awhile to find my unit, because the number was partially blocked by a water drainage pipe.To solve this problem, a second set of numbers could have been on the corner of the unit. After time I spoke to Austin, who guided me the correct unit.After unloading the rental truck, I discovered that it was nearly 2330And the gate would not respond to my access code. A manager gave me a temporarily code which worked great.I will be more mindful of the time, the next time I go to this Location.All in all, this location is very good.

I couldn’t ask for better help honestly. I have been using this company for almost a year now and we’ve never had any surprises. The communication is great and actually the property manager noticed my lock was not in properly and replaced my keys for free and installed a new lock! Absolutely recommend coming here

This is my second time renting here at Easy Storage Tooele. This is a new and clean facility with properly functioning doors & gates. The team lead by Austin is very reliable, prompt and super to deal with. I've had five star service for my seasonal storage needs at Easy Storage Tooele.

Quick an easy, the manager was very professional an prompt, came out of his way to help me an make sure I was taken care of. I recommend them, the storage units are clean an are easy to get in an out of.

We had a great experience with Easy Storage, the staff went above and beyond our expectations making sure our unit was move-in ready, we had a lock, and the items we had stored in our unit stayed safe and secure. We had gotten into our unit recently, but had not put our lock in all the way when we left. Austin at Easy Storage noticed the lock sticking out and gave us a call to tell us about it and offered to assist us if we needed a new lock. We highly recommend Easy Storage for anyone wanting to store their belongings in a storage unit knowing that the team at East Storage are friendly, helpful and care about the safety of your belongings as much as you do.
