Luis Torres made our rental experience absolutely awful. Didnt even get to look over our rental agreement, he forged our signature on documents we weren't even able to look at, messed up our reservation dates & our car reservation. We were absolutely shocked when we werent able to look over ANYTHING, then we received paperwork in our email, signed but not by us. SO UNPROFESSIONAL & so not okay. Half the mistakes could have been fixed had we been allowed to look over the stuff WE are paying for. Absolutely ridiculous.
Shoutout to Kira for her help regarding our deposit & rental. Hopefully our deposit is able to be returned with no issues.

Check the tire pressure before you take the rental! We got a truck from here and it surprisingly got a puncture while driving on the freeway. When AAA came, the guy said the tires were filled 10 PSI too high, which is super dangerous, and showed us how the tread on the center of each tire was almost worn bare and the edges were not worn at all. He guessed that those tires had been filled too high for previous trips too which makes them very prone to blowouts and overall weaker. I'm so glad we weren't hurt. When we got a replacement rental, we checked the tire pressure immediately and it was 20 PSI OVER!!!! 20!!!! We immediately asked them to bring it down to the correct psi before we took the rental. I am amazed that this happens so often. Who knows how many accidents could be prevented if this company could just pressure the tires correctly. We do appreciate how well they handled the situation and got us triple a and a new rental, thus the 3 stars. I hope they can get this other issue fixed!!!

My wife set up a reservation to come to my graduation. She has an out of state id so she was told she needed to come up with some bills im her name, plus a 200 deposit that can only come from a credit card. Ok we got all that taken care of. The morning my wife gets there shes swipes her card and the total due was literally a dollar over the credit cards max. Plus is told they can only swupe the card once in 24 hours. Now my wife 2 days before my graduation has to drive half way across the country with our kids in a car thay could break down any second. All because some lady doesnt like her job and wanted to rush people through. Well never be using enterprise again. What a joke of customer service.

Rented a van from them years ago and I know they stole my Nintendo switch and all of my games. I was playing it on the drive back then me and my dad switched and I drove the rest of the way and that was the only time we stopped and it was still in the van. We drop the van off and I notice I don't have my switch and I called them to check and they said they didn't have it and I called back again and same response. So I know someone there stole it! DO NOT DO business with these CROOKS!

I have not dealt with enterprise in years because of an experience with a rude employee. I had to use them today because of the insurance covering a driver who hit me. Angela at the Tooele location was awesome she went above and beyond to help me out. Great customer service! They need to hire more people like her.

Ordered a full size and got a Chevy Malibu. It was clean, full of gas and ready to go. No issues with the service or vehicle. Great experience.

Angela was extremely helpful making sure I was able to get the perfect sized vehicle for our families needs as well as the needs of our son who has special needs. The Woman in detail department was also extremely friendly. I reccomend this and also reccomend a raise for the two lovely ladies above!!!

Awesome customer service! They weren't able to give us the vehicle size we requested, so they upgraded us for the same price. Unfortunately, something was wrong with the brakes and alignment, but I did not know it until I had driven it for a day up thru Park City & around. I called Kira & explained the situation, and she said she would have another vehicle ready for me ASAP. She was absolutely the definition of customer service - from her attitude to personality to making things right! She deserves a raise! I will definitely be renting from this location again. Thank you!
