Great bunch of guys at this shop very honest and reasonable rates 👍 they definitely take pride in their work I'm happy I found my new and last mechanic shop!! I made a 1.5 hours drive to get to them and I will continue to do so in the future!!

I am not satisfied with the professionalism that russel lacks.
When I call about a questionable job and I try to explain it. Do not cut me off and gaslight me saying y'all don't do questionable work when y'all were literally the only ones that have worked on my car. Then turn and say we will warranty it out tho.
Let the customer speak then reassure them. I understand y'all deal with scams and Karen's all the time but doesn't mean y'all have the right to gaslight and cut people off.
Driver side was done incorrectly causing it too leak because somebody at your shop put in the wrong fitting
Passenger side shows the proper fitting
My biggest issue is the inability of letting me finish what I'm trying to say before cutting me off and gas-lighting me

These guys are professional and super nice and excellent mechanics. Driving across the country when I got a problem with my catalytic converter on my 2008 Element. They kindly helped me out in a pinch, super reasonable charge for the, and got me on the road again to Reno, to see my 94 year-old Mom who broke her hip. These guys gave me a lift up when I was really stressed out. I'll never forget them.

We were picking something up in Tooele when our van’s alternator suddenly went out—an hour from home. Luckily, we found this auto shop on the map, and we’re so glad we did! Our vehicle barely made it into the lot, but from the moment we arrived, the team was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful.
They went above and beyond by swapping out the alternator three times to make sure we got one that was charging correctly—and they only charged us for one! That kind of integrity and commitment to doing the job right is rare.
Dealing with auto shops can sometimes feel sketchy, but we never once felt taken advantage of—just genuinely cared for. If we lived in the area, this would absolutely be our go-to shop. Nothing but praise for their service. Thank you again!

Russell has worked on all of my vehicles periodically over the past 8 years. He is the most honest guy out there and has never upsold my on anything.
Without question this is the only place I would trust my fleet of vehicle with!!!

re Demri Hardman's unhappy experience (Aug 2024) - it would be SO nice for us if we could leave cars there after hours, but Russell explained to me that the County has really been on his case about having too many vehicles on his lot at a given time, so he could lose his business license unless he strictly toes the line about this point. So, I [reluctantly] see his point. BTY, this shop does excellent service at economical prices.

Car broke down on Sunday. Not familiar with Tooele so towed it to the closest place which happened to be Erda Auto Shop 4 Less. Of course the shop was closed being Sunday and all but when we called the phone number the voice mail said we would get charged an addition $50 if we left it there overnight. I was standing outside and all the sudden, over a loud speaker a voice said "hey you can't leave your vehicle" I asked if we could speak to him to so we could explain our situation but got nothing in response. I was hoping for a good experience so I could bring my jeep, my diesel, scooter and motorcycle here but ended up going somewhere else.

My grandson's car broke down and was close to this location. Even though they were extremely busy they got him in and work was timely at a good price.
