Don't count on anything being done on time. And be ready for you to make all the calls to see what the status is. They do not update you at all.

These folks caused thousands of dollars of damage to my vehicle and would not return my calls for weeks. After destroying several parts through negligent and reckless disassembly they advised me they couldn't do the repair. I ended up having the repairs done at another shop after the vehicle was needlessly disassembled where no communication was made from them.
These folks are dishonest, incompetent and lacking in customer care. These guys have no business working on automobiles or interacting with paying customers.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Payton, my service advisor, was particularly outstanding. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, ensuring I knew what was happening every step of the way. The quality of the work was exceptional – my car looks as good as new! I was also impressed by their efficiency, as they completed the repairs in a timely manner. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Tooele to anyone in need of auto repair services. Their customer service is amazing!! They are kind to work with and had my car ready to go way before we hoped! When I went to pick it up, they had it cleaned from top to bottom! I didn't have to worry about anything! If I ever need any other work done on my vehicles, I will be calling them first!!
