I love this storage unit. It is very clean. The manager Carolyn is the most helpful manager. I've ever come in contact with. She is very kind and thoughtful and also has a big heart. She went out of her way to help me. So I wanted to send a special thanks to her.

The staff is very polite & helpful. I just got my storage unit & for some reason my passcode isn't working so I have to call the office & they have to let me in. It's a bit obnoxious but the lady/employee is super nice about it.
