I'm new to the area, from Texas and was thrilled with my hair person for 5 years so, a new one was a bit daunting.
I think the girl was Emily who, after seeing a picture I wanted to copy, did a really great job.
Then, my husband came in to shape up a new beard/mustach growing. His guy was Brandon who, my husband was very happy, not an easy task.
I give them an A+

I checked in online. when I arrived the staff welcomed me then told me I would be up next. The lobby was full my name was at top of list. Angela asked me how I wanted my hair cut, gave me a great shampoo followed by a great cut. I got hairspray for home and love my hair!

I wish I could remember the girls name.. but my daughter, son, and I went to the great clips on Saturday 06/14. My son is high functioning autistic and I let her know that he was nervous about the haircut even though we had been there many times before. She was the most sweetest person and really took her time. She explained everything she was doing before she did it and made sure he was ok with it. She also asked many times if he needed a break. The world needs more people like her!! That meant more to me than she knows because the autism diagnosis is all new to us.

Great Clips is a wonderful place for a hair cut. The online check-in let's me know what time I need to head to the salon so I don't ever have a long wait. Everyone is friendly and does a great job. The services are inexpensive.

The haircut was good but the suggestion tip amount is kind of ridiculous. The cut was $21, there are 3 suggestion tip amount, $5/$7/$9.

I have not been to an actual salon to have my hair cut in over 2 years because of a terrible experience I had at a different barbershop in the past. I had a friend cut my hair for a while. But I decided to take a chance on coming into great clips and having them give me a cut. That’s when I met Melissa. She was outstanding! She was extremely knowledgeable, she listened to what I wanted, talked through the plan/process to get there with me. And ended up executing the haircut I was looking for PERFECTLY!! Melissa is by far one of the best stylists I’ve ever had. I also really enjoyed the friendly conversations we were having the whole time. I will be requesting her from now on moving forward! Thanks Melissa!

Great place I like that they take notes so if one time your preferred hair dresser is not in easier to explain how you want your hair great hours

Came to see Angela because a friend said she was great at hair. Well that wasn’t my experience. My hair looks like crap, I had to go home and recut everywhere she missed and it is just choppy! One side is also longer than the other! She had a more enjoyable time talking to her coworkers rather than focusing on my hair and what she was doing!
Also, she cut WAY more off than what I wanted her too!!! If she would’ve paid attention, all of my pretty hair wouldn’t of got cut off.
