“I love that the gym is open 24/7, including holidays, late nights, and even in the middle of the night—it's great to have access whenever I need to work out. People generally keep the space tidy and put away the equipment they use, so everything is easy to find when needed. It's a nice place!”

“I started going with my friend most days of the week. It has been an exciting Adventure learning to exercise. They have a machine/equipment for just about any muscle you could imagine. They have plenty of little side things that you get access to as well, pickleball, basket ball, sauna, tanning beds, just to name the things that I have discovered. Regardless of exercise, there is plenty to do and learn as VASA Fitness!”
“We have only been there to use the batting cages, they are nice - cost $25 an hour. There are both softball and baseball pitching machines. The crossfit facility looks really nice. There are always several people there participating in classes, all ages.”
