About Harbor Freight
Harbor Freight Tools is America's #1 Tool Store, offering an unmatched assortment of quality tools at an unbeatable value. It is described as a DIYer's toy store with all kinds of tools and fun things, including their well-regarded Icon tools. The store was noted as clean and organized. Staff, including managers, can be terrific and very helpful, sometimes going out of their way for customers, such as by placing items on hold. However, the store has a very limited stock of some items like screws and nails, and specials often require online orders with shipping costs. The biggest criticism is the return policy, which is viewed unfavorably. Despite this, many customers will go out of their way to patronize specific locations.

Honestly, tools for cheap! It's worth it, especially if it's a 1 time use.
