I don't often use this particular location of Jiffy Lube as I have never been impressed with my past experiences here. However, I was pleasantly surprised this visit. I was way overdue for service, and it would have been several days before I'd be back in SLC, so I had it done here. They were fast, pleasant, and did a great job. They even gave me a quote on some new tires. Good Job!

I will never step foot in here again.
I usually always go to jiffy live, but to save a little money I changed my oil mysel.
Here are my findings
1 they used the wrong oil filter
2 they put my oil plug back in with an impact (the pan is aluminum) so it’s stripped and leaking.
3 they damaged the oil pan cover boots and stripped 3 out of 8 of them
Be wary of any place charging this much but taking such short cuts.

although I would never trust them to do more then renew the tags for my vehicles....... the customer service is still pretty good

We broke down in Tooele Utah Caleb Brendan and Aiden we're awesome fix the truck in less than an hour I would highly highly recommend eligible God is back on the road

Got my most recent oil change here. Check engine light came on and the shop said I have no oil but there are no signs of a leak or burning oil. Looks like getting my oil changed here is going to cost me more than I thought.

Jiffy Lube here in Tooele needs a lot of work and more training, I am sitting in my car in one of the bays as they are changing my oil and one of the workers asked me to start my car to see the mileage, and the car starts spewing oil because the oil cap was off, she clearly did not know what she was doing and did not have the training. I was only doing what they were telling me to do because I thought they knew what they were doing! They were also asked to check the cabin air filter in my car and she could not find it and proceeded to look it up on YouTube. Now we got Jiffy Lube workers looking up how to work on a car on YouTube? I asked the manager there if they could check the cabin air filter because she couldn’t find it, and proceeded to take me to my car and had me leave. Now I’m worried that they didn’t even change the oil correctly on my car.

OUTSTANDING! Caleb, Quinton, Brenden, Shiloh, and Aren were a fast and friendly! They even stayed after hours to make sure my wife's van was done - I will be coming back for sure!

Went in for a synthetic oil change. In and out in less than 25 minutes! The technician, Caleb, who helped me was absolutely fantastic. Asked if I would prefer staying in the car or in the waiting area. Opted for the waiting area as I took my dog along with me. Nice and cool and clean in waiting area.
No funny business in trying to upsale me and they kept my car clean throughout the process.
Highly recommend coming to these guys, especially at 10:00AM on a Thursday! Great service, atmosphere, and price.

They were kind and courteous, they made sure that they got me in and out in a reasonable timeframe, and they explained to me everything that needed to be done before I agreed upon it. I'll definitely go back for my next oil change/other car needs.

Went in to get a rock chip repaired. The guy said he could not do it because it was double pane. Got the repair kit on amazon I did it myself. Come on guys!

Had a really great experience with this jiffy lube. The staff were polite and prompt. My car was in and out really quick. I only eat deducted a start because there was one item that they were going to replace but they didn't have it and they weren't able to get it, but otherwise it was a really good experience.
