The staff at KeyBank, in Tooele, make me feel like a VIP. I appreciate being asked to take a seat in an office to do my banking. They are, also, friendly, and helpful, during every transaction.

I don't feel like. Getting the help I need I have a disability sins I was a kid and the told me that they would help and didn't bearly at all understand anything they rush you to also have an account but don't wanna help with the situation

Avoid this bank like the plague! Seriously what a dumpster fire of a place! We’ve had an account for over two years and they still try hold our paychecks until the next day in case the check is “fraudulent” when the checks have been proven to be legitimate so we are forced to go else where and pay a fee to cash our checks. The customer service is awful. Careless non helpful employees. More than half the time we try to use the atm machine to withdraw our money the machine is either temporarily unavailable or not accepting cash at this time. I love wasting my time and my gas to be inconvenienced by this bank! Get an atm machine that isn’t from 1985 and hire a new staff!

This bank is just terrible. My grandma had her debit card stolen and didn't realize it until I started helping her with her banking. Someone racked up $5,000 worth of charges in about 6 weeks taking all of her money. We filed card claims and a police report. They denied the claims in a rude letter basically saying her card was not stolen and she authorized the charges because she didnt report her card missing right away because she is 83 and doesn't really use the card, she rights checks. This bank is absolutely terrible and treats customers like crap.

Anne Jensen and her team at KeyBank in Tooele are absolutely phenomenal to work with. I really enjoy our relationship w all of them. I have been with key bank, on and off(moved back East for 4 yrs) for almost 20 years, in Idaho and here in Tooele. On the whole, I've always had a great relationship with this company. I will say, I was not impressed with the previous manager of the Tooele branch, but, Ann on the other hand is outstanding! She has been there to help from the day I opened my account here, and the rest of the tellers have always gone out of there way to help!

Great location but with monthly service charge of $18 even though I had met the direct deposit requirement I was told when i opened the account it would waive all service fees. Most expensive bank. Will fight the last penny from you. I had 2 direct deposits go in every month for more than $3000 and keybank would deposit a penny in interest and then take it back. Anyways they can keep their penny and will not take my money anymore. Shame on you! No wonder your branch lacks customers.

I visit twice a month to make a deposit into my landlord's account. It only has one drive-thru, and the parking lot is empty most of the time. I go through the drive-thru, but even though it appears to not be busy, I still have to wait 2-3 minutes before I'm even acknowledged. Sometimes I have to call them to get help at the drive-thru, or hit the "call" button. I wouldn't complain if this was a rare occurrence, but I've been going there for 2 years and this is the norm. I will never consider banking with them.

Worst bank ever I am a disabled single mom, I can't work and I get small checks to help with bills. I use mobile app to make sure I have money so when is positive says it is they still took 2 37.00 over draft fees the manager told me well you don't have money don t spend it but when I went to use my card it said I was in the positives... he was really rude, I had money when I used it.. I watch my account and they made the mistake...
