I wish I could post a higher rating, because when they say they care about their customers, they really do.
We were on our way out of town for an outing, and got a flat tire just as we got on the freeway. We were able to bring the tire back in, on a busy summer day, and I was told it would take about 2 hours to repair, which would cause us to cancel our plans. Within a few minutes I received a call back stating that the tire was finished. When I asked about the time, they said that they noticed I had a car full of kids (my 5), and seemed to be in a hurry so they repaired it right away.
This experience brought me to tears, and has been shared with many others about how well Les Schwab does business. Thank you!

I parked my car and asked 2 questions to the young girl. She said they don't do anything mechanical to vehicle engines. Okay. Got it. And then I asked for an estimate on new tires and to check the current ones to see if it's still safe for me to drive. No estimate. And when I pulled up where she said, nobody came to check my tires. Ummm ? I thought you were selling tires and tire services? I went to the Chevy Dealership and got excellent service. These little tire shops are a joke ?

Some of the staff aren't as friendly when a mistake is called out of the company's side. I've been going to Les Schwab for 20+ years have always had great service. I will continue to go back. Regardless of the outcome! Thanks for being there when we need you

If i could give Les Schwab 100 stars i would. Called Victors Tires after work to make sure what time they closed and I made it about 10 mins before closing expecting to pay $30. After checking in with the girl at the front desk, they took my truck to the back. About 2 minutes after, a guy came in asking Me where the girl had gone to. When the girl came back to the front desk, they started flirting in front of me, then hid behind the rack of tires to continue on with the PDA. After they where finally done with their make out session, the girl comes back to inform me that they don’t have that type of tire which I hadn’t for and that they don’t have a big enough patch to fix my tire. Went to Les Schwab the next day, showed up 10 mins before closing and walked out with a fixed tired in less than 5 mins. Don't go to Victor's Tires!!! Come to Les Schwab!!!

5 stars for the technicians negative 5 for the 3 women who watch people walk in and don't acknowledge them at all. While I waited I watched this happen numerous times they would not help any customers and would be sitting behind the counter visiting. Les Schwab should get rid of the dead weight and pay the technicians better.

I brought my husband's car here for a tire rotation. I didn't have an appointment and just did a walk-in. They were pretty busy so I knew it'd be a while. The inside was so clean. They had free popcorn, coffee and water access for anyone. Tables and chairs to sit at and a TV on. They also had a car battery with USB charger chords which I thought was very helpful for those who needed to charge their phones as they waited. Even though I thought it'd be a while, they actually got done with my car a lot faster than I expected. They were great at telling me what they did, and what I needed to do to keep our vehicle up-to-date on safety.
