I have been coming to Hometown for years for regular maintenance on my vehicle. Up until recently, the service has been fairly priced and friendly. Recently, however, the regularly scheduled maintenance costs have doubled in price. Also, the attitude of the front desk lady is horrible. Sadly, I am going elsewhere from now on. Hometown has lost my business. So sad to see the business change so quickly and not for the better. Not sure what happened...

Another shop in town recommended that I go here for a radiator issue because they could not get to my vehicle in a timely manner. Overall my experience was good. They did a good job and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. They had a couple of issues getting the parts they needed but they went out of their way to make it right and get the work done ( thanks for that) . The only complaint I have is the communication could have been better. I understand there is only so much you can do when it comes to parts procurement but simply communicating what is going on goes a long way. I would bring my vehicle here again and I would recommend bringing your vehicle here.

I came to this place to get my wheel well guards replaced. They gave me recommendations to buy parts off of Amazon to save me money and even found some parts for me, rather than having them ship it and paying more. I could tell they are very honest and reliable. Even when I needed my car calibrated they checked that for me too. I can tell they truly care about their customers! Just wanted to say I appreciate them a lot!

We had a backing plate rubbing against the motor, which caused a scrapping sound. They diagnosed it and fixed it free of charge. We always come here for our oil changes and tire alignments and will continue to do so! They are fair and not greedy. I appreciate them greatly.

This place is what a tire shop should be like, willing to help in any way. Unlike Walmart who turn u down because they want u to purchase tires from them. I would recommend everyone to this shop, they are the best. Thank u for your help Hometown and a special thanks to Dallas

I hate to leave this review because up until today I've had good luck with this business. I took 2 tires in to be mounted today. They were both older than 7 years old, they are used on a small 3 rail motorcycle trailer which sits most of the time so the tires rot pretty quickly. Because I only use the tires for 2-3 years because if the rot, I buy the cheapest used tires I can find and change them often. So they told me they would not mount them because DOT regulations say you CAN'T mount a tire older than 7 years. Well I did some research and found out that it is not illegal to mount tires older than 7 years old. I am a pretty competent hobbyist mechanic and I manage my stuff really well, I don't need anyone to tell me what tires I can put on my trailer and I don't need anyone to tell me that something is illegal when it is not. If you don't want the liability just spell it out, don't lie to me. Les Schwab mounted them no problem, didn't even care how old they were.

Honest, and friendly. I got in a car accident and didn't have proper insurance. I was given awesome advice and felt like Brandon had my back and was just as concerned about getting wheels under me as I was. What an awesome place with reliable people! Thank you so much!
