Amazing place to shop for a car. Sales reps are amazing and will do everyong they can to help you get into your new car. Rep listened to all of our needs and did everything to make sure we found the right match. Will defiantly be back in the future for every car i may need

I literally cried at Markosian Auto — not from frustration, but from pure joy and overwhelming gratitude. I walked in with poor credit and not much hope, but Josh took the time to really hear me. He looked at my credit history, recognized the progress I’d made, and found me the perfect car. I left feeling respected, valued, and excited about a fresh start.
But life had other plans — just 20 minutes later, that car was totaled in an accident.
What makes this story even more unreal is that Josh was in the car with me. He had kindly offered to follow me to Enterprise so I could return my rental, and was riding back to Markosian with me when the accident happened. In that scary moment, he stayed calm and kind, checking on me before anything else.
And then — before the police or ambulance even arrived — Brandt, the manager, was already at the scene. He showed up with an air-conditioned vehicle for us to sit in while we waited for help. That kind of care and urgency? You don’t see that every day, especially not from a car dealership.
Despite only being a “customer” for 20 minutes, they treated me like family. Brandt immediately got me into a nicer, newer loaner while insurance sorted everything out. No hassle, no blame, just compassion.
When things were settled, I came back and bought my second vehicle from them — not out of obligation, but because they earned my trust in one of the most stressful moments of my life.
If you’re struggling with credit or just want to be treated like a human being — go to Markosian Auto. Josh and Brandt didn’t just help me buy a car — they showed up for me when I needed it most. That’s the kind of heart you don’t forget.
