I walked in and instantly was greeted by James. After a short explanation of my predicament he was able to get me setup with a new phone and get all my contacts and important information transferred in what felt like less than 30mins. That included all my questions about what it might cost and what my options were. It was close to the end of the day and James had to clock out, but he stayed after to make sure my phone transfer completed successfully and I was good to walk out with my new phone.
