The shop is clean, efficiently run, and clearly staffed by true professionals, but Angelo is what made our visit worthy of this Google review. He made the pawn process enjoyable, informative, and fast — all while making us feel like we had his full attention. He answered every question, explained the process clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and treated fairly.

He even handled our purse-versus-power-tool debate with enough diplomacy to keep us both smiling — which is impressive, because apparently a fuchsia clutch and a third identical Milwaukee drill are both “necessary.”
