They are great if you wanna have your truck or Vehicle held hostage fot 3 entire days just for a power steering hose. And on top of that be told it is completed just to sit for an hour in the waiting room and treated with no respect by The crazy eyed service writer. Their response is ridiculous. They should’ve allowed me to take my truck home day one while they got the part. And then when you get the part in the shop, you have me bring my truck. Trust me, I used to be a grease monkey and a service writer. I’m an old man . If no Stars was an option it would be no stars

Usually, I take my vehicles to Erda Auto or elsewhere, but this time I was in kind of a hurry. Drives side back window stuck in the down position, so I brought it in. Later I get a text that it's the regulator and its going to cost $755 PLUS TAXES. I went on line and the part cost between $67 and a little over $162. Called around and Pete's asked if I could hear the motor which I could and said it's the regulator and it would cost $350 so I went to get my truck back and it cost me $169 for diagnosis which couldn't have taken very long. Will never see me at that place again.

I'm completely finished with this incompetent dealership...I had maintenance done here and found oil all over the top of My engine around the fill port...I had a warranty issue with My rear axle differential locker sensor and had to have My rear axle replaced,right after replacement found the left rear wheel seal was leaking on the new axle(NON SERVICEABLE)so was told I had to replace the rear axle again. Scheduled to have rear axle replaced again and was told by Alyssa that it could be done in one day again(Was done in about five hours the first time).Used a day of PTO from work to take it in on a Friday and was told by Johnny that there was no way it would be done in one day and that My Jeep would probably sit until Monday or Tuesday if I left it...I am so sick of dealing with these young inexperienced people at this dealership,I am a professional mechanic and could do all of this work myself but since it's warranty I must take it to a dealership...I'm done,I will drive 45 minutes to a dealership in Sandy and have them do all future maintenance and repairs on My Jeep from now on...Tooele Motor Company is one of the absolute worst dealerships I have ever dealt with...(Bradley-2022 Jeep Gladiator)

Wonderful, showed up looking for a car not necessarily ready to purchase one, Matt saw us in the parking lot. Long story short we ended up I'm a new car that night. Didn't push us just helped us along. Can't recommend enough!

They fit me in sooner than expected, were easy to communicate with, and were quick to answer my questions. Even though I didn't go forward with the recommended service, I'm still happy with my experience.

Horrific, avoid at all costs. Texted multiple times with various sales people to lock in 2023 Maverick order while order bank was open (a couple of days only), never got email confirmation from Ford. Chased multiple times, was reassured multiple times that it was in. After escalating to sales manager, they called and said the orders were NOT able to be put in. Little do they know that Maverick truck owners are actively working together to help each other on the order process and track status of dealerships. This dealer did not put in my order, and if I didn't push, would have likely tried to sell me a truck when they get their dealer allocation with additional dealer markups (ADM). Scammy, scummy, avoid them.

Had a good time getting my edge sport serviced and getting the recalls performed. Went in originally for a diag issue on a automated lift gate and get that figured out. My advisor and the service department worked with on availability and updated me as needed. I'll be returning for the recalls and other maintenance items.
