Wonderful, showed up looking for a car not necessarily ready to purchase one, Matt saw us in the parking lot. Long story short we ended up I'm a new car that night. Didn't push us just helped us along. Can't recommend enough!

They fit me in sooner than expected, were easy to communicate with, and were quick to answer my questions. Even though I didn't go forward with the recommended service, I'm still happy with my experience.

Horrific, avoid at all costs. Texted multiple times with various sales people to lock in 2023 Maverick order while order bank was open (a couple of days only), never got email confirmation from Ford. Chased multiple times, was reassured multiple times that it was in. After escalating to sales manager, they called and said the orders were NOT able to be put in. Little do they know that Maverick truck owners are actively working together to help each other on the order process and track status of dealerships. This dealer did not put in my order, and if I didn't push, would have likely tried to sell me a truck when they get their dealer allocation with additional dealer markups (ADM). Scammy, scummy, avoid them.

Had a good time getting my edge sport serviced and getting the recalls performed. Went in originally for a diag issue on a automated lift gate and get that figured out. My advisor and the service department worked with on availability and updated me as needed. I'll be returning for the recalls and other maintenance items.

The Chevy service department lead technician was supposed to do a fluid test on my coolant reservoir. To verify the contents. He pulled out the reservoir. Him and two of his technicians smelled it they all agreed that it didn't smell like coolant. And then he dipped his finger in it and said that it felt oily and all three agreed that it did not feel like coolant. And then he walked away from the other two mechanics and said that there was no need for him to do a fluid test because he did a taste test and it was indeed coolant. I was recording the entire thing. I have on video them admitting it didn't smell or feel like coolant. And then his walk back to my car. In which he did no taste test. The man is a fraud. And once my car is done with repairs and I have the fluid back from the lab that I sent it to I plan on taking this company to small claims court.

If I could do 0 starts I would! worst experience of my life! took my car in because it was making a noise. Made an appointment took the car in and they did not even look at it for 4 days! what is the point in making an appointment! after that they finally looked at it and said they had to order parts. why my car was in the shop they did not give me a loner or offer one. after being there several weeks and not hearing anything I tried calling and kept getting told that they would call me back. after a week of not getting a call back and me calling every day I finally got to talk to someone after I demanded to speak with someone! I was told the parts were not available and it is unknown when they would be in. it was now three weeks that my car was in the shop and still was not offered a loaner car until I made a big fit about it. after the car was there for four weeks I asked what part was needed looked it up and ordered it from rock auto I had it in one day! the dealer still said they had no idea when they would get it. I went and picked up my car and fixed it myself in one day what they could not get done in 4 WEEKS!

Few day ago going to Chrysler Pacifica 2017 that is the problem report to front desk Accelerating from stop. Vehicle will stall/loose synchronization between engine power/transmission. Multiple events from both straight/turning situations. Following lose of acceleration, transmission slams back into accelerating causing loss of control. Steering is affected during event(s). Included turn a left. The report for for one day inspection is the team mechanic don’t find nothing.. my Pacifica don’t have any problem .. when return to my house the problem start again ... what happen for my safety drive and my family . I don’t know what happen in this service but is incredible ... .. NHTSA campaign number: 19V348. that is the problem
