I don't recommend having any vehicle serviced at this location. Due to their incompetent mechanics, I'm now having my vehicle services done at a different location. They literally screwed my jeep up so bad, the the rear differential is leaving bad. The service manager and mechanics are too young and inexperienced, that they shouldn't even be working. Now I get to wait for professional mechanics to reorder parts for a 2 yr old jeep. I hope none of you think they've gained experience and service your vehicles there..Worthless mechanics shop.

I am beyond grateful and appreciative of everyone involved on the service and parts side of Dodge Tooele. They all went above and beyond. Especially with my SRT Challenger being over there during the holiday weekend along with snow in the forecast, they went the extra step to bring it into one of the bays. Thank you all!

We took our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee due to an electrical issue, we had it towed there, when they inspected it, they said it needed a battery, I told them that we had no issues with the battery, but they said in order for them to keep looking at it they would have to change the battery when I spoke to Tony. They claimed they replaced the battery and charged me 349 for a new battery, and when they couldn't figured it out and I sent a tow truck to bring me the Jeep back we notice that the battery was not replaced, and my car was complexly dead. but I had already paid for the battery before I had it picked up. I tried calling several times but I'm not able to get a hold of anyone that can help. If you do service at this dealership make sure you are getting what you are paying for. So you don't get taken advantage for.

Made appointment to get oil changed on my truck. After waiting 2 hours and no truck. I went and asked about my truck. Was told they ran out of oil. Really what kind of dealership that does oil changes runs out of oil really.

Recently purchased a car from William and it was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. I was looking at some competitors all across the Utah and Salt Lake valley but the communication and transparency was really lacking. I got an upfront price quickly and there weren’t any tricks or games when it came time to talk to the F&I guy. The price was fair, communication was great, and it didn’t take forever to get the deal done. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.
