Jakob made this a very laid back buying experience! From our first stop at Tooele Ford, Jakob was easy going and not overly pushy. We expressed our wants in a vehicle and Jakob kept us in the loop and provided us ample information which lead to our purchase. Austin was very helpful with our trade in as well! Ryan was super informative on the finance side and broke everything down for us!

Exceeded my expectations! I was looking at trucks at multiple dealers and decided to drive way out to the boonies because of how Rylee worked me a deal up to trade in my truck through text messaging. She got me the best deal and provided the quickest sale. I am so glad I didn't have to deal with Performance Ford again. Tooele ford was a far better experience.

I contacted the Ford dealership in Tooele to get a price quote for a transmission adaptive shift relearn. I was quoted $180 per hour with a two-hour minimum, for a total of approximately $370. This procedure is a simple process that involves connecting the vehicle to a computer and reprogramming the transmission control module—something that typically takes around 15 minutes.
To verify the pricing, I contacted the Ford dealership in Draper and was quoted $150 for the exact same service.
This experience left me feeling that the Tooele Ford dealership is significantly overcharging for basic services and taking advantage of customers who may not know better. Based on this interaction, I will not be returning and would recommend others compare pricing before scheduling service here.

I recently purchased a 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor edition from Steve and Ohbed. Both gentleman were great to work with and very up front and honest throughout the whole buying process. I did not feel pressured at any point during my time at the dealership! Steve also continued to follow up with me to make sure I didn’t have any other questions but also let me know I could reach out to himself or the service deportment if I had any questions. Daryl was also great to work with while he was providing a trade in quote for the vehicle I traded in. He came back at a very fair offer and was also up front and honest. Becca in financing was also great to work with. She was very flexible with my trade in situation and very up front and honest as well. All in all everybody at Tooele Ford made my experience enjoyable and as smooth as possible! I would absolutely recommend Tooele Ford!

Bought a 2025 Ranger Raptor (Love the truck) and I worked with Rylee and Ryan they helped me out so much I live 100+ miles away and it was well worth the drive to deal with Tooele Ford. What a pleasant experience!..they just got a new customer,,, I will be back in a few months for something else..

Never take your vehicle to Tooele Ford service department! I took my
new truck in for a safety recall issue. Long story short, they ended up tearing out a peace of my carpet and tried to hide it by placing the floor mat over where they had cut my carpet. Seriously who does that? A bunch of inexperienced idiots!

Great shopping experience at Tooele Ford, Steve Martinez, our sales representative was very helpful in our purchase of a new Bronco. Professional staff all around. Steve took the time to go through all the vehicle options and told us to return to the company anytime if we had further questions or needed assistance. Great sales representative to work with.
