CrossFit Iron Muscle is truly an incredible place to train! From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by a friendly, motivational community that encourages every fitness level. Each workout is custom designed by the head trainer, Spencer, who ensures that everyone—no matter their experience—gets an effective and safe workout.
The Foundation classes were a great way to learn proper form and understand the basics before jumping into full workouts. I also love Wellness Wednesday, which gives members the chance to learn more about nutrition and how it supports training and recovery.
Since joining, I’ve gained strength, endurance, power, and mental clarity. One of my favorite perks is the unlimited InBody scans included with membership—it’s amazing to see real data on how my body composition has improved over time.
If you’re looking for a supportive environment that focuses on progress, education, and overall wellness, I highly recommend CrossFit Iron Muscle. It’s been a game-changer for me!

PID houses CrossFit Iron Muscle which has become a part of my daily routine. The CrossFit Community is untouched at CFIM. Spencer is such a knowledgeable & passionate coach and helped me develop proper form and technique which has helped me immensely to strengthen my core and rid me of my chronic back issues.

Picked up my boat from a long winters stay and pulled it home to find water draining out the back. Further investigation showed carpet very wet and big container in back with 5" of water in it. Ski locker still had water in it telling me it was pretty full. It did have the travel cover on it so that also tells me it was being poured on for a long period of time and the cover couldn't keep it out any longer.

If i could give this a negative star review i would, this place is the most un professional and un reliable storage facility there is. They take zero responsibility for anything they do or say to you over the phone. I called in advance to make sure that my toy hauler would fit in their facility and was assured the doors were 14' (The lady on the phone is the best thing they have going for them). She asked her boss "Brock" if they had space and the ability to store the height we required, After the conversation took place i also let them know that i had family that stored at the depot last year and they needed a forklift to move the trailer under the door that is 13'8" . They told me once again no problem. "Come on out" .

Great storage for your out of season toys like boats, motor homes etc. while it is a “drive†from SLC you will not find a more affordable location for season long storage. High doors too so no problem for those tall radar arches, etc. my only wish is you guys had Saturday hours during height of season when we bring out & pick up. 9-1:00 maybe??
