“Alice was absolutely outstanding! I came in just 10–15 minutes before closing, feeling flustered and unsure how to package my item, especially when I realized there wasn’t a USPS box large enough. Instead of turning me away, Alice went above and beyond when she searched in the back, found an unused box that worked perfectly, and even helped me package everything up.

What really impressed me was how effortlessly she balanced helping me while also assisting another customer at the same time. She was warm, patient, and incredibly resourceful, turning what could’ve been a stressful situation into a smooth, positive experience. Alice’s customer service skills, problem-solving, and calm under pressure are top-notch!”

“I agree this post office is small and it takes longer to get your mail. However, when there is only 1 employee to handle over 600 homes I think she's doing a GREAT job. As far as her not being nice... take a minute to get to know her and thank her for her HARD WORK. You would probably be grumpy too when you deal with so many complaints that you're unable to control.”
