I would like to thank each and every one of you for your reviews. I have a 2006 dodge mega cab that I bought brand new. I have taken care of the truck at 217,00 miles I had to put a new transmission in my truck. I new the time was coming so I picked Randy's transmission. I went in and got the Larry sales pitch so I made the choise to get my transmission done even thought my truck ran just fine before I took it in to Randy's. My truck had been in the shop 2 times with only 6,715 mile on Randy's transmission. Well Now I am faced with the decision to keep my truck or trade it off so do NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH LARRY belittling me in the lobby. Asking me questions like well did you check fluid have you abused the transmission. I am 60 yeara old and haul horse. Do you think I abuse my transmission. The truck had 217 k on the original transmission. I an not a happy costumer. Hoping positive changes can be made moving forward.

I just ordered some parts from these guys to rebuild a stage 2 transmission that I had from them that I destroyed do to a cooler line coming off anyways they have been really helpful and awesome to work with I’m glad they are local to me with my crazy work schedule I’m always out of town working so my wife had to go pick up the parts and they were really cool to her so thanks guys really appreciate everything!!

I ended up having a problem with the transmission they sourced from another builder pretty quickly after picking it up. Long story short, I called Larry and he had my truck back in the shop and quickly turned out with a whole new transmission through the warranty. They didn’t hassle me about it or try to turn it around and place the blame on me like pretty much any other shop would have. Didn’t charge me for the second tear down and install either plus they made it right. If it has Randy’s Transmissions name anywhere near it, not only is it a beast if they’ve built it…but they stand by any work they do. My family has been doing business for over a decade and we will definitely be continuing that. Even if it is for our gassers ? Highly trusted and recommended!

These guy are the best thare work is solid
Thay are up front on the cost and use premium products for the Transmission
Rebuilds can't thank them enuf my last transmission thay rebuild for my 08 ram
Has over 200,000 miles on it and it tows
28k pounds every day no problem solid
Work guys hands down to randy the transmission god

They didn’t have a 68 in stock but their dealer did out of Fort Worth. Got one ordered on a Monday, received it Thursday and installed on Friday. Great product and superb customer service. Stage 2 68re was the way to go for me. Thanks Randy’s !!

Worst transmission company spent near $17k in 2 years struggling with these people from randys. Transmission break after transmission break (4 trans repairs total), issue after issue and bad warranty with these guys. 1st they covered it the rest of the times I had to pay out of pocket for their mistakes. Do not recommend this company to anyone save your money and time go elsewhere. In the end I still have the same broken stage 69rc trans from these guys sitting in a shop. Ended up just putting a stock 69rc back in it and has ran for over 3 months more running time than I ever got to experience with their transmission. Do not even deserve 1star. Take your money elsewhere.
