This shop was fantastic! My truck died and I needed to get it in somewhere quickly. Bob answered my call and was super helpful, told me to just have the tow truck drop it off and they'd handle it even though they were busy all week. Within 2 hours I had a full diagnostic texted to me with a call to explain it all, quotes to fix it, and Bob didn't try to upsale me on anything. From call initiation to the call that it was ready was about 7 hours total. Will definitely be bringing my cars here anytime I need a fix.

They went the extra mile to get my car working again. After going to several other shops that misdiagnosed my issue they were able to figure out the source of the problem, and even followed up a few days later to make sure the issue had been resolved. I will be back for all my car needs in the future.

I am new to the Tooele area. Mastertech was recommended to me by Mike Lucas who has apparently been a long time customer. The people at Mastertech were very friendly and helpful. Very professional the work was done And correctly I will be using them as my go to Mechanic in the future. I highly recommend that you give them a try!
