“Would have put 5 stars but the only reason I didn't was because you have to load and unload your own stuff and not complaining just saying 5 stars would have been someone else loading and unloading my things lol great place and people was easy over the phone as well as the gate and your unit very convenient and no extra lock fee or worry bout losing the key.i spoke with ammar there helped out great quick and easy friendly and explained everything well would recommend to anyone.”
“I believe this place has taken the title as the best storage facility in Tooele. The people and the prices are outstanding. I honestly don't think they've ever raised their prices the whole time members of my family have had them. It's always clean & have never had any signs of creatures in any of our units. Highly recommend!”

“Very friendly staff. Unit was very clean! Pricing is comparable to the rest of the storage locations in the valley. Wish they had online pay, but not a reason to take a star off.”
“The lady that runs the storage units is very nice and she worked with us and the whole experience was great. We only needed to store our stuff for a couple months so that was fantastic. The only issue we had was water in our storage unit and they didn't want to do anything about it. It did not hurt any of our stuff. And the water was from the temperature change of the steel building it was like sweating.”

“Update: so when I called and spoke to a gentleman about mailing a check in to pay my units rent, they never told me about blocking access after 5 days, AND that the person who checks the mail is not very regular about it. My payment has probably sat there for 3 days, and I get a late fee and most likely should not have. Jenn is still very polite, but this really is frustrating.
Jenn is trying her best to take care of the situation. I do greatly appreciate it.
Jenn not only helped me figure out a problem but got me early access of 4 days. She was so nice, professional, and fast. She made this whole transition so easy and problem free. Thank you!”
