I paid for their most expensive wash which includes a “hand dry and tire shine”. Today the young man that was doing those tasks was extremely rude and when I asked him to do the tire shine he threw a fit and was totally disrespectful about the whole thing. I’m sorry I paid for a service I expect it to be completed. If I didn’t want that done I would’ve just paid for the less expensive wash. Work ethic and customer service is terrible these days.

On 8/2 car wash broke down aft I'd paid so I had to back out & told to bring in my receipt later sometime so today 8/5 I came back & went inside spoke with Hispanic lady who questioned me & asked why you didnt come back same day! I said I wasn't told had to be same day as I didnt know when it'd be fixed. She took my receipt & went in back.
Very rude, no customer service skills!
Finally came back said go I'll open .

Just visited this place for the first time and I was very happy! I drive a Jeep wrangler and it’s so hard to find a car wash that actually cleans my vehicle. For the ultimate wash it was still cheaper than Quick Quack AND there was someone to dry off my car. With other car wash places I have to go around twice to get all the bugs off and I didn’t have to do that here. I will 100% be coming back!

Honestly I don't even know what to think of the prices. The top of the line exterior is the same price as a prestige 2nd cheapest car wash. Maybe it's the Boston prices compared to Utah prices but this is a really good deal to me. Highly recommend especially after going up and down Butterfield canyon Rd.

Tooeles best car wash so far.
Definitely get the Supreme Monthly Plan it has a nice wax final coating and the tire clean and polish is worth it.

Spent 50 dollars on their interior wash. Got the car back and left in a hurry after waiting for an hour and a half as I was late. As I was driving I noticed that nothing was even really clean, dash was still covered in dust door was cover in dirt still windshield wasn’t wiped down. Sunroof filthy. Doesn’t even look like they vacuumed it out at all. My floor mats also still had puddles of water in them and weren’t wiped out. Not worth the money. Save your $50.

Shammy Shack has great prices for their car wash. I love that even the cheapest car wash still gets so much done. The access to free vacuuming is a plus. They have clean towels you can use to dry off your car or wipe down your dashboard too. Then, there's a place to place the dirty used rags. Every time I go, the vacuums are always working and I never have an issue with them.
