Responding to the owner reply. This had nothing to do with the wait time. Every time I go in, your team is always pitching deals to open a new line, your employees can see my account already has 5 open lines so why ignore my purpose to upgrade and still continue with the same pitch in every visit? When my wife gets pregnant, I will visit your store again for another line. sigh*

Save yourself some heartache and go to town or call customer service for any issues you may need. This store is an absolute joke. They never have product in stock and their employees have no problems lying to you just to get a commission.

Stellar Service at T-Mobile Tooele: Shoutout to Jonathin and Lizbeth!Being a longtime T-Mobile customer, I've visited my fair share of stores across the country. But the friendly, efficient service I received at the Tooele location takes the cake (or should I say, "takes the signal!")From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jonathin, a friendly and knowledgeable rep who immediately put me at ease. He patiently listened to my concerns about upgrading my plan and explored all available options before suggesting the perfect fit for my needs. Throughout the process, he explained everything clearly and answered all my questions thoroughly.But Jonathin didn't stop there. He introduced me to Lizbeth, an absolute tech whiz who seamlessly transferred all my data and settings to my new phone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! WAS GIVEN A FEW ITEMS WITH MY PURCHASE.... TOLD THEY WERE FREE AND WAS CHARGED INSTEAD!!! WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE ON A 50$ PLAN THAT CAME WITH A FREE PHONE!! BILL WAS 94$ A MONTH. THEY ADDED A 2ND LINE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! CHARGED MY FOR THE C STYLE CHARGER THAT CAME IN THE PHONE BOX!!! MANAGER AND STAFF ARE VERY RUDE! WATCH OUT FOR T MOBILE IN TOOELE COMPLETE SCAMMERS! JONATHAN, LIZEBETH, AND THE STORE MANAGER ARE HORRIBLY RUDE AND DISHONEST!!!! Adding to the response from t mobile ? here you are lying on social media now. I was told a 50$ plan with free phone as the manager you were in the back room 90% of my conversation with staff!!! You guys are a scam and suck!!! Quit lying cus ima blast you every step of the way on social media. EVERYBODY WATCH OUT FOR THIS STORE. NOTHING BUT A SCAM

I went into T mobile not to long ago and tia is one of the best crewmembers they could honestly have she's done such a great job taking care of me and my family when we go in and she had a good happy smile when we walk in and it brightens our day

Came in to trade in my iPhone mini for an iPhone 15, and I had a very bad experience. I was explaining to the new associate that I needed to switch from my old plan to the new plus plan in order for me to receive a promotion that would value my trade-in at $830 (the fact that I needed to explain how to do her job is beyond me). She didn’t understand what I was talking about; then, she proceeded to tell me that I needed to wait until tomorrow so that I could trade in my phone because the plus plan wouldn’t kick in until tomorrow. She seemed confused and not so sure. She then went to the back, and I started to talk to another employee; her name was Tia. I asked her for the title of the male employee, which she was hesitant to tell me but eventually told me he was the assistant manager. I asked Tia if he could help me since the employee that’s helping me now seems confused. Tia then gave me an attitude, saying that the employee that’s helping me is new, and how would I expect her to learn; that’s why she went to the back to ask a question. I insisted that the assistant manager help me or at least look over her shoulder while she’s helping me SINCE IM DOING A BUSINESS TRANSACTION AND WANTED DONE CORRECTLY, but Tia did not care; she brushed it off. Tia was very unprofessional, no sense of what is a customer service experience. I finally was able to speak to the assistant manager and ask him a question. He glanced at my receipt and told me everything looks good. I wasn’t satisfied, so I went to the T-Mobile in Stansbury to make sure everything was done correctly. I walked in and told them I’m coming from the Tooele store, and the employees already knew it had something to do with their customer service. They told me the Tooele store is infamous for their customer service experience. Turns out the new employee failed to add me to the plus plan, so the Stansbury store did it for me, I then got the text right away enrolling me into the new promotion.Tia, really needs training on customer service. The environment of the store was high school friends hanging out rather than professional business. Very different from when I went to Stansbury.I went back the next day to return a case that I purchased there with my new upgrade. The employee refused to take the case without the box but earlier that day I called the Stansbury store and asked them if I could return the case without the box and they reassured me they are able to process a return without the box but suggested I go to the original store I bought it from since they are able to pull up the receipt. Once the employee refused to process the return I called the Stansbury store on speaker in front of the employee and asked again if I’m able to return it without a box and the MANAGER from the Stansbury store said “yes they are able to process the return” the employee still refused to do so. The manager then suggested they print out the receipt for me and take it to their store so she could do it there. I told this to the employee, he hesitated for a few seconds and maliciously said “no I’m not able to do that only the manager can” I told the manager from stansbury what he said and she said “that’s not true, he’s able to print it out” she then suggested I go to their store tomorrow and she’ll be able to help me.I then call T-Mobile customer care to see if they’re able to help me. They did a conference call with the Tooele store and the store employee says “my manager says I can’t do it and I’m not going to break the rule for him” she then hangs up on us. Customer care was surprised with how rude the employee was and how they’re refusing to process the refund or even reprint out a receipt. They ended up giving me a $50 credit on my phone bill and let me keep the case. They reassured me that they would escalate this issue the regional manager of the store and apologized for the way the store has been treating me. I will be calling on Friday to try to speak with the store manager and see why I received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I went into the T-Mobile store today and the sales representative, Tia was rude. Her demeaner was unkind and she showed expressions of annoyance. When I expressed my concerns to the Manager Nick, he disregarded the way we were treated and directed us to seek help from the Stansbury Branch instead. AWFUL SERVICE.

Tia and Nick are the absolute bomb and I will tell that in front of God and all of his angels. They both went above and beyond in their service, and I will gladly go to any store they work at.

Staff changes often so it loses the "know our customers" feeling. In general, not store related, they aren't keeping up with demand so service is not that good.

Friendly staff that always help me quickly with whatever I need at the time. I upgraded my device and it was such a great experience. I recommend T-Mobile to friends and family all the time.

Here we come!Free/Folding- I guess those 2 words sorta sound close enough to get them ? confused. ? ?*We have shopped there for years and we keep going back, for good reason. ? They had my wife's phone in stock, but mine had to be ordered, 2 weeks I was told. I called Tmoble, had my new phone 3 days.

Told us to go to local repair store because “their job is to sell cell phones” and are always spouting miss information. Very rude customer service. Horrible experience. Do not come to this location.

I was having issues so I decided to close my account once you do that they treat you like garbage they will not refund you your last money for months on end T-Mobile has no respect for customers after they leave even if you have problems with the next company, they don’t want their service back
