Came in because my seat was loasing air and the tape I attempted to use wouldn't hold. At some point the air lines were routed over a bracket and it rubbed a hole. They had my fixed and the mechanic routed the lines under the brackets in about 30 minutes. The morning crew don't screw around here tgey get work done and get ya on the road.

Called this TA as they were 44mins away from my team, Explained to DARRIS everything that was wrong with our tractor. It was explained there is major coolant leak all coolant has spilled from the truck, Said it is a hose leak under the truck by the def tank it is the heater hose. Asked DARRIS if this is something they can send a tech out and fix & we WILL need coolant since it was ALL spilled out from how MAJOR the leak is. DARRIS said yes they have this part and the soonest he can send out a tech is within a hour, it was agreed since its was SAID they have the PART. CARSON the tech arrives to do absolutely NOTHING! CARSON brought a HEATER CORD that can be NO HELP WHAT SO EVER from the LACK OF COMMUNICATION IT IS SPOKE TO THE TECHS !! CARSON repeats to me what was told to the representative when agreed on the job and says he will have to ORDER the part from the DEALERSHIP at 8am if we need a tow to their shop. HERE IS WHERE I KNEW I WAS GETTING SCAMMED! Because my time and money has now been wasted. I told CARSON THAT I KNOW THATS WHY I CALLED AND YOU GUYS SAID YOU CAN FIX IT WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DONT HAVE THE PART? CARSON HAD THE STORE CALL US FOR PAYMENT AND THE NEW REP IS TELLING US THE BREAK DOWN OF BEING CHARGED $659 AND CANT TELL ME NOTHING BEING CHARGED FOR WORK BEING DONE ON TRUCK, I WAS CHARGED FOR THE ROAD SERVICE CALL AND 2HRS OF TECH CARSON DOING NOTHING, ASKED REP IF A DISCOUNT CAN BE GIVEN HE SAID HE CAN TRY CALLING HIS MANAGER AND I SAID WELL TRY AND REP SAID HE CANNOT TRY AS HE HAS A KID AND FAMILY TO FEED SO I SAID SEE THERES THE SCAM AGAIN YOU SAY YOU CAN DO SOMETHING AND TURN AROUND AND SAY YOU CANNOT, REP SAID HE UNDERSTOOD IF HE CAN TRY SPEAKING ON OUR BEHALF AND THAT HE COULDNT DO BECAUSE HE CAN LOSE HIS JOB, GOES TO SHOW WHAT KIND ON SCAM THEY ARE OPPERATING THAT THE REPS CANT EVEN HAVE SIMPLE HUMAN COMPASSION FOR A MISTAKE THEY DID WITH NOT COMMUNICATING PROPERLY AND OFFER A DISCOUNT, REP PUT ME HOLD AND SAYD HE CALLED HIS MANAGER 3 TIMES BUT DID NOT GET A ANSWER (HIGHLY DOUBT BECAUSE IF YOUR CALLING A MANAGER 3 TIMES ITS SURELY A MANAGER TO AT LEAST RESPOND AS IT IS THEIR JOB ROLE, BUT REP SAID HE CANNOT REACH A MANGER THERE FOR A DISCOUNT CANNOT BE GIVEN. JUST FORCED TO SUPPLY THEIR GREEDY BEHINDS WITH MONEY. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IF YOU GET THE CHANCE TO SPEAK WITH DARRIS OR YOU TECH IS CARSON, GOODLUCK!

The night crew at the repair shop was great, they were efficient and worked hard. One of the guys names that helped us was Carl. The day crew on the other hand kept us there all day doing nothing because the job wasn't worth the amount of money for work, so they kept us there all day and did NOTHING leaving the work for the night crew. The older lady working lied and kept changing her story saying the parts weren't there, when they arrived at 9am, kept telling us 2-4 more hrs. That cost us and our company money and kept us stuck in the repair bay an extra day. If you go there during the day and the older lady is working, I wouldn't believe a word she says. Looks like the night crew is picking up the slack doing all the work while the day crew gets to sit around and chat!
