What a joke of a business. They are the only certified repair shop for pressure washers in the area, and I was told to go there by the manufacturer. But after driving for an hour just to get there they told me they wouldn’t do the work. I was even willing to pay them to fix my tool, but he blew me off. Just starting looking up stuff on his computer and ignored me till I left. What a scum move. Don’t waist your time going here. Try to find an alternative

I've been having issues trying to fix my mower on my own for 2 weeks. Finally took it in to Tooele Valley Sales & Service. Josh personally took care of me and had me out all fixed up in 10 minutes. Thank you Josh!!

These guys suck. They employee “Josh” hung up on me, & always claimed he will call me back but never does. Please look for a different machine service especially if you live near them. 0/5 stars if I could

These guys are crooks I will not recommend doing business with such people they're very unprofessional they lied to me about my pressure washer everytime I call they told me there waiting on the part it's been in their shop for almost a year and now they tell me they cannot fix it and now the warranty is expired. The manager Josh try to tell me that I did not bring a wand or a hose even though I took notes and pictures of what I left with them the day I drop it off. ??

I highly recommend this place. Josh is such a great dude and always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. He helped out my Mom and disabled Grandmother on a Sunday when he was closed. He made a trip over to their house and delivered some goods they needed to clear up snow and ice. You don’t see service like this now days. Thank you Josh for going the extra mile for your customers. We will definitely be back.

I had a minor issue that needed to be resolved. Josh apologized for the inconvenience and was very helpful in getting it handled. He also picked up my snowblower and repaired it very quickly. Excellent sale and service!
