The customer service at this UPS is.excellent. Brayden went the extra mile in helping me get a QR CODE and returning a package. He was knowledgeable , pstient, and friendly.

Kayle R. was a trooper when I asked for a big packaging job. They all were awesome, friendly, and worked hard even though they were very busy. Would recommend this UPS for all shipping needs.

I was having some documents faxed at the Tooele, Utah UPS store. The clerk helped and got the docs on their way. Why waiting for it to finish, I stood back anf watched the staff work a big group of customers. They were very well trained, friendly with each customer and very efficient getting the customers packages handled.
It was impressive. This is a well run business with a professional staff that obviously care that they provide great service.

I get trying to be careful and educating customers, but the last 3x I’ve tried to ship something through this UPS Store that was not an Amazon return, they’ve tried to turn me away for one reason or another.
First, they refuse to ship anything precious metal - stating they won’t insure more than $100 value loss. Honestly, I think their questions about what’s in your package are a little invasive as it is, and go above and beyond USPS questions. Just let the customers know it won’t be insured beyond $100 and from there it’s the customers choice to send or not send. Refusal to send is just frustrating.
Then, they try to manipulate you into buying their packaging material and make you sign off that they won’t be held liable for damages if you choose to send in the packaging you’ve already prepared.
The thing is, the package I was sending out was a small bubble wrap envelope with small box inside, completely taped all around the envelope, and it was reused from a previous UPS shipment (postage sticker still under my label). I’ve sent a million things like this via USPS or other UPS locations and never had a single issue. It’s almost like they want you to use their supplies or they don’t want your money at all.
I don’t usually write negative reviews, as I am in a leadership position in customer service myself and try to give companies the benefit of the doubt. I just want people to know that if you have a busy schedule and you’re on a time crunch to get something shipped, don’t count on this location to accept your shipment.

I waited in line. When it was my turn the clerk started helping me. Then, in the middle of a sentence she answered her cell phone and walked away with no explanation. I waited for a bit. The clerk next to her finished with her customer and then came to help me. It was rude and inconsiderate of the first clerk. Thanks to the second clerk for finishing my package.

I've returned many items that I've ordered from Amazon at this UPS Store and had a great experience. Usually I have the older ladies that take care of me provide service. Today? there was a new employee very young and all she wanted to do was argue. Very, very unprofessional. This is now costing me a delay in the return process where I can get the item replaced and I'm not happy about that either.
